Canonica Attic Apartment
Elegant attic located on the fourth floor of a former convent building characterized by the typical style of railing houses of the city (THERE IS AN ELEVATOR IN THE COURTYARD).
We are located in the Sempione district, one of the most beautiful and most sought-after residential neighborhoods in the city.
Citylife and Porta Garibaldi station are about 20 minutes away on foot.
The Moscova metro station is far just 12 minutes walking distance from the flat; from there you can get to the Duomo square by metro in less than 10 minutes.
The apartment comprises of:
- living room: spacious and equipped with a double sofa bed, a bookshelf and a TV.
- Kitchen: spacious and equipped with fridge/freezer, hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and a dining table which can accommodate up to six guests.
- Bedroom: double bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet and bedside tables.
- Bathroom: windowless and equipped with toilet, shower, basin and bidet.
Services included: WIFI internet, heating and air conditioning.
The apartment has a self check-in system with a key box located outside the house, so you will be able to access the property with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of your arrival.
IMPORTANT: To receive this code and instructions to access the property you will have to complete the check-in online form providing your data and IDs and pay the Tourist Tax.
The City Tax is not included and you will be required to pay it before your arrival; Milan City Council set âŹ4,5 per person per night; the residents of the city are exempted. To know all the exemptions please visit the Padova City Council website.
