The apartment:



Located on the first floor, this cosy apartment with capacity for 4 people, has one bedroom, living room, and a complete bathroom with shower. The magnificent and well-distributed living room consists of a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.



Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and different appliances.



The room is spacious and cosy, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.



The apartment has an outdoor space that serves as a fully furnished terrace.



The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
