We enjoyed our month-long stay. Chris was a great communicator and responded promptly to any issues that came up. The home is quite spacious with the primary bedroom separate from the other bedrooms – which is great for a family or two couples. There is plenty of room to relax, play cards and enjoy a meal; inside or outside.We had no issues with the wifi and tv's. Watched every Blue Jays game ;)The heated pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool every day and even a few evenings as the weather cooled off. Having a hot tub is a bonus and we used it regularly. There are many bath and pool towels. The neighbourhood is quiet and has several trails and parks. We brought our e-bikes and explored Power Ranch, Queen Creek and the San Tan Mountain trails. It is a safe area, and we loved walking at night after the temperatures dropped.We would have no problem recommending this home.

Peaceful Resort Retreat

Beautiful warm and inviting home with every amenity possible. Chris was fabulous to communicate with and has created a warm and inviting vacation home. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided. The home was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything from an outdoor pizza oven, beautiful pool, fabulous fruit trees to games thoughtfully selected. We had a wonderful time and have already recommended this quiet retreat to several of our friends and family members.

Looking forward to our next stay already

The home, host, and neighborhood are excellent. Just as described plus some additional unexpected perks. The size of the home was bigger than we needed it to be for our party of 4. The pool and hot tub were great. The unexpected rosemary, peppers, and many forms of citrus in the yard were enjoyed beyond measure. Honestly, the best grapefruit I've ever had in my life for breakfast by the pool .... vacation heaven! Thanks so much Chris!

Great House and Location

Everything was fantastic. The kitchen well supplied, the beds very comfortable, and we loved the chiminea. We enjoyed the walking trails from the house. We had great 2 weeks in Gilbert and the surrounding areas.

Excellent all around!

Casa Kit did not disappoint! We rented this home for our family gathering over Thanksgiving and it was perfect! Clean, well-stocked with a beautiful backyard including pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood had really nice walking paths and amenities, too. We would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again sometime. Thanks, Casa Kit!

Great House, Super Location

The house is comfortable and well appointed. The back yard and pool were wonderful - and truly a private retreat. The owner responded quickly to any questions, which was greatly appreciated. The location is great - close enough to run into Scottsdale for dinner but also served as a great jumping off point for several adventures.

I moved to the Gilbert / Phoenix area from Colorado where I had lived for 36 years. The long cold season was getting old and with the perfect weather here in the winter made this area the perfect choice. I enjoy getting out and hiking in this beautiful area and hitting the large Arizona Reservoirs for some boating

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

When I first saw this property I loved the single level open floor plan that flowed towards the pool and patio. The Master Suite was really large and also opened up to the pool and patio area.

Since purchasing I have done a lot of remodeling and upgrades to make this the perfect home.
