Semesteruthyrning på gränsen till Gilbert & Chandler. Nära till stora motorvägar och 25 minuter från Phoenix Airport. Detta hem har 4 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum och kommer att sova minst 8. Bakgården har en pool, täckt badtunna, utomhus spis, grill, en täckt uteplats med en stor sittgrupp och ett bord med stolar. Den har också ett stort gräsytor bakom trädgården. Också. Insidan inkluderar en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, skrivbord, fullt lastat kök och ett enormt loft på övervåningen med en tv, och L-formad soffa och en skjutreglage som går ut till balkongen. Det stora sovrummet är nere och har en reglage som går ut till trädgården. Befälhavaren har också en klädkammare med en kung tempurpedic justerbar säng. Det finns 3 andra sovrum som alla har drottning sängar, 2 är justerbara och 1 är en kudde topp. Det finns också Directv Satellite, Netflix och trådlöst internet.

Home away from home.

Annual summer vacation did not disappoint with this house. As soon as we walked In we felt comfortable and loved the fact that we could all spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool was amazing and much needed coming from the PNW. Over all this will definitely be a place we will be looking into staying at again.

Fantastic Every Time!

We love staying in this home! The pool and backyard are absolutely beautiful and the home is spacious and so well appointed. Everything works as it should, especially the air conditioning, which is powerful, yet quiet.Lisa is among the best hosts I have ever worked with.Highest recommendation!

Great house and backyard pool space.

This property is great. There is plenty of room for family to hang out and teenagers to have their own space. The pool area is nice and very relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet.

Arizona Perfection

The property was exactly what we needed for a golf and sun getaway. Close to lots of great golf in the morning and then use of the great backyard oasis in the afternoon heat.

Holiday Stay

The large back yard of this property alone is worth the stay. A pool fountain that is very soothing and an abundance of greenery throughout!Perfect place to relax. I would stay here again!

VERY CLEAN AND RELAXING HOUSE WITH LOTS TO DO

The property manager was great with communication. The house was great, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I’ve stayed in some with few kitchen supplies such as pots and pans but this house is ready for any meal you might want to fix or grill. Amazing backyard with ample seating for family and friends. We will definitely book this house again if we are in Chandler.

Everything we needed and then some!

We had a small family reunion in the home. Everything was great! From the amenities to the little items in the cupboards. I would definitely recommend and be willing to rent again if the opportunity arises.

Wonderful and serene home

Was given the check in instructions early on check in day. Our stay was great. The home is super clean and located in a quiet community. It was easy to get to and close to many shops and restaurants. Our family loved the pool and the pool fountain. We woke up to hearing morning doves too. I didnt see that there were jigsaw puzzles that I could have worked on until our last day. That was a me issue though, I dont look around VRBOs too much. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

Nice Neighborhood and Good Location

Had a wonderful experience while staying here with wife and daughter, her teammate and family. 7 of us fit comfortably and the we enjoyed the great space in the backyard. Too cold to use the pool, but the waterfall was calming and the Jacuzzi was great after a long day during our daughter's soccer tournament. Highly recommend as it was about 18 minutes from the fields and near shopping and restaurants.

Loved the pool

The pictures online do not do this place justice. SO NICE! The backyard was such a great spot to hangout and relax. This house has all you need for the family. Location was great too. So many good restaurants within close proximity. Lisa was great to work with as well. Book this place if it’s available!
