Welcome to Sugarville. Stay in this modern and spacious 4-bedroom house with a private rooftop, pool and a garden. Suitable for families, couples and business trips. Perfect ocation for business and holiday trips; just 10 minutes walk to Bojo Beach Resort A 24/7 caretaker and CCTV outside with electric fencing for your safety and protection.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES INSIDE THE PROPERTY ALLOWED WITHOUT APPROVAL ($500 fine) However, private parties could be authorised by the host on the ROOFTOP or the POOLSIDE with extra cost after all safety measures has been discussed and agreed Maximum Guests for parties on the rooftop is 15 and Poolside approximately 30 not including guests.
For any other events such as wedding reception, birthday parties and all other celebrations could be hosted at the property at a charge.
A fully furnished and spacious modern house with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 5 and half pathrooms, a dining area with a modern kitchen and cooking appliances; there's a double door fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The property provides comfort for 8 guests however any additional guests would be discussed and approved by the host at extra charge
The property also comes with a spacious rooftop and a BBQ grill. There is free private parking available
Guests are allowed to receive a maximum of 8 visitors at a time. However, unauthorised visitors are not allowed to sleep over without the approval of the host. There will be a $100 fine if this rule is broken
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INDOORS ALLOWED $200 FINE. There are designated smoking areas on the compound.

Laundry: The apartment has a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an electric iron and an ironing board available for guests usage on request.

The apartment is fitted with a prepaid meter. This will be loaded by the owner. Guests are encouraged to turn off lights, fans, air conditioners and electrical appliances when not in use. This will allow us to keep our rates low.
