Denna enhet är en mycket rymlig hörn med 3 sovrum med två badrum med balkong som omsluter hela enheten. Inte många 3 sovrum i Panama City Beach har en stor balkong. Denna enhet ligger på byggnadens västra ände så utsikten över solnedgången är otrolig.

Det stora sovrummet ligger direkt med utsikt över vattnet och har tillgång till balkongen. Den har en king size-säng och har fantastisk utsikt över havet.

Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng i den och har tillgång till balkong också.

Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng och har också balkong.

Alla rum har balkong och alla sovrum har TV.

Exactly as described

This unit is dated, but very nice and comfortable. The views are unmatched, beach, sun, sunsets, amazing. We did have some issues with checkin, some issues with appliances, but everything worked out fine. Would definitely stay again.

First time at PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was super spacious! I absolutely loved the wrap around balcony! Views were BEAUTIFUL!!! The location was good, far enough for the busy areas, but close enough to take a short drive. Only thing that concerned me, was the door lock system- it wouldn’t lock from the outside- so leaving during the day and or night, with the door unlocked was nerve wracking. However, with the gated entry- I was okay. Overall, I would stay here again!

Great week at the beach

Condo is perfect location and great views. Condo could use some TLC in a few areas but overall in good condition. Very well stocked cabinets and beach supplies. Will be back again!

Vacation Rental

We loved this property! The wraparound balcony was amazing, we had some great sunsets, we saw from the balcony, dolphins, sea turtles, fish, and other aquatic life swimming around. We also visited many of the attractions as we had a large group (11 people) with different ages.

Perfect location

My family of six stayed here and the condo had plenty of room. The views are amazing. The condo is close to Publix baseball fields. We are planning on coming back next New Year.

Great spot for Spring Break

Beautiful Condo!

We booked this condo for a week and ended up extending our trip because we just didn't wanna leave it! It was beautiful and very spacious! The weather wasn't great some days due to the hurricane in south florida but we still had a great time hanging out in the condo! The host messaged back pretty quickly and was very nice! We will definitely be back!!

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door and saw the view from all sides. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Had our 2 yr old granddaughters and both sons there and had the best time. Definitely would stay again! Thanks

As advertised, overall good stay

We’ve stayed in Gulf Crest yearly for maybe 5-6 years now. Despite cleaning until 4:00 on the nose, there was still dust hanging from ceilings and fans, floors were all very wet, so they tracked our first footsteps after taking off our shoes. Notable mold in the bathrooms Limited pans - made eggs and bacon in pots 9 total bath towels for our party of 10. The view was amazing - we’ve never stayed on the 16th floor (usually 5th-8th) Really pleased that the elevators were so fast! I don’t think we waited more than once or twice. We’ll be looking forward to a different 3 bedroom unit in the future, but we really appreciate the availability of this unit at short notice.

Family vacation

Location was great. The condo was clean but does need updating. The washer was pretty dirty but I sent a message and they sent someone right over to clean it. The bed’s definitely need updating not very comfortable at all. We loved the balcony that wrapped around the condo. You cant beat the view and location. We would definitely stay here again if beds are better. But all in all it was a great stay

Desperately Needs A Deep Clean

Love Gulf Crest, all the amenities on the property are well maintained but not this unit! Extremely disappointed in this specific unit, it desperately needs to be deep cleaned. Will return to Gulf Crest this summer but will be staying in a different unit.

Not Clean

This condo was filthy there was hair in the tub cabinets doors were falling off. Shower door was broken, couldn’t handle ion the balcony door living room side like the door was stuck. Floors were dirty, couch seem on left side was filthy. Was not impressed at all!

Nice vacation spot

When we arrived a repairman can in behind us to fix the dishwasher. There were plenty of dished/silverware and even a crockpot in the room. There was sleep space for 10, but only LR seating for 5. There were strong winds on the first night blowing off the gulf. The LR slider didn't properly close and made a really loud whirring/roar with the wind. We ended up opening the door about an inch and the noise stopped. The door is not seated well in the track. Overall the beds were comfortable and the condo was suited our needs well. Would rent this until again.

Gulf Crest is wonderful condo, but the condition of the units differ.

This was our 5th stay at Gulf Crest Condos, sometimes for a week with family and twice for a 4-6 week stay for my husband and me. The condo and the grounds are clean and well maintained. We have always been very happy with the units we have rented so we were excited to return last week. However, this unit was not up to our expectations. The unit needs attention, something we all have to address in our own homes through the years. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms need to be replaced. The beds were so uncomfortable that two adults in our family chose to sleep in the small cubby bunks rather than the beds. Some of the furniture and accessories are broken. The finish on the cabinetry is worn and peeling. The bathrooms are outdated and have numerous water stains and damage. The unit needs work. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view

This is a gorgeous and very comfortable condo. The beds were all very comfy and the view was spectacular. The refrigerator had a slight smell. This condo is very centrally located and within walking distance to several good places to eat - Dat Cajun Place being the best in our opinion! Hammerhead Fred's, Wendy's, and a mexican restaurant are all nearby as well. We enjoyed being within walking distance to Ms. Newby's since it was bike week and a great place to hang out. We did have some issues with parking, mainly with the condo association I think. Despite there being PLENTY of parking spaces they wanted to act like parking was a premium and charge us extra for parking passes! A 3 BR condo ought to get an extra in our opinion. We enjoyed the stay regardless and will visit again.
