Nyligen ombyggd med nya bänkskivor i granit, köksskåp, fåfänglighet, apparater, lampor, takfläktar etc.

Vacker utsikt över den vita sockersandstranden och kristallklart vatten. Sextio meter långa åtta fot höga glasvägg från golv till tak längs stranden. Glidande glasdörrar finns i sovrum och vardagsrum. Alla rum inklusive matsal är stranden och havet.

Stora sovrum med privata badkar och klädkammare. Master bad har två handfat. Denna plats är enorm och mycket välutrustad för 8 personer. Mästaren har king size-säng och det andra sovrummet har två drottningar. Vardagsrummet har bäddsoffa.

Varje rum har golv-till-tak och utsikt från viken till väggen på bukten, känn dig nära stranden från denna lägenhet på tredje våningen. Titta på de vackra solnedgångarna och koppla av med din favoritdrink på balkongen.

Två parkeringsplatser för varje enhet finns under byggnaden på bottenvåningen. Detta är en mycket trevlig semesterort belägen på västra änden av Panama City Beach, men ändå bekvämt beläget nära alla typer av restauranger, shopping, familjens nöjen och aktiviteter på det helt nya Pier Park-anläggningen! Du är nära till exklusiva och avslappnade restauranger samt inom gångavstånd till en livsmedelsbutik, affärer, avslappnade restauranger och de fina restaurangerna och den nya Panama City Beach Pier.

Nya stora HD-TV-apparater i sovrum och vardagsrum med DVD-spelare. Ett fullt utrustat kök och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, gratis WiFi och HBO som gör detta "hem hemifrån" perfekt för familjer, par och vänner.

This condo was very spacious. One of the bedrooms has 2 queen beds and was perfect for a couple and their 1 year old. Nice king bed in the master. We will definitely book this one again.

Upon entry, the first thing you see is a dirty looking rug. There are dirty rugs throughout the condo. Get rid of the rugs, it gives out the wrong impression. Otherwise, the condo was clean. Everything in the kitchen worked, no problems there. The air in guest bedroom didn't work well, the ceiling fan didn't work, that is the reason for the box fan. The mattresses were OK, foam. I liked the beach chairs. The furniture was old, but comfortable.

Quick Trip to PCB

My husband and I decided on a quick trip to PCB. We booked our stay the night before our trip and the owners responded to our reservation within an hour. Communication was very clear and the condo was exactly as expected, very clean and ready to go. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and I will say that it does need some updating. When you first walk in the rug that is in the entryway is pretty nasty. The door to the laundry room came off track every time you opened it and shut it. There’s definitely not enough towels and washcloths in the unit. I believe there were four towels and two washcloths. The view was absolutely perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and let us check in a few hours early. You are expected to do the dishes and put them away and all the towels and fold them and put them away before you check out which I’ve never heard of that. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. I liked how the unit came with two beach chairs and there’s also chairs and coolers that you can use. There is also beach toys and board for the little ones too use at the beach. I’m not complaining at all because it was a good location, stunning views and everything was clean and nice furniture.

overall great week - but this place needs work

So overall - we had a great vacation. In my opinion - this unit needs work. There was peeling & cracking paint in the master bath, lots of old caulk lines that had cracked & separated from wall or trim & had not been repaired, holes in linens & other instances of cheap "bandaid" fixes on wear & tear issues that just took away from the quality of the unit. Had the pricing been cheaper, I wouldn't even mention these things b/c you expect that - but we paid over 2k for the week & in my experience, this unit was just pretty run down for that price. Also - during the week of our stay the building was being power-washed - seemingly one floor each day. The issue was that all that water flowed down the steps & brought with it standing water, small & large paint chips, dirt & junk & no one picked this up. Never - for the entire week, just a sloshy, dirty mess. Also all the mats in the elevator waiting areas were not picked up prior to spraying water for hours on end, so they were soaked & stinky & just super gross. This is a complex with 2 buildings & the building to our left was being gutted on the bottom two floors so plastic everywhere & just looked abandoned & not 100%, again, took away from the overall quality & just felt run down. Good things - this is beach front - so awesome views - the length of the entire unit ! Great size - 2 bed 2 bath double master. Also - owner was easy to work with & the touch button entry was super convenient. Just needs some TLC

Varför värden valde detta boende

We were sold on this property when we saw the gorgeous ocean view from every room. The location is also great since it is close to SR 79 and the new international airport, close to Pier Park, and close to shopping and restaurants. We also liked that it is a low density complex so not too crowded. We were also impressed with the two large bedrooms and the split floor plan allows for privacy within families or friends.
