Villa Ava is a beautiful family villa in a private residential setting, located on the famous Cap d'Antibes in easy walking distance to Garoupe beach.
The villa has been recently renovated and is accessed via electric gates with secure on site parking for a car.
The main entry opens onto the ground floor with living spaces. The living / dining spaces have access to the large outside dining terrace by the pool with table and seating for up to 10. Inside, comfortable sofas and lounges are available to relax with view towards the pool. On the same floor the fully equipped modern kitchen invites to a home cooked meal, the breakfast bar is ideal for a morning coffee.
On the same floor there are 3 stylish bedrooms with double bed, each with their own en suite bathroom.
Spiral steps lead up to the first floor with 2 additional bedrooms and one bathroom, ideal to use as a family suite or for teenagers / children.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, Weber gas BBQ; table tennis and trampolin for children are also on site.
