**Let's talk about the cake: This 170 m² villa, with a “taste of travel” decoration, is built on two well-designed levels, for day living on the lower main floor, and night resting on the upper floor:**

**On the lower level, the heart of the villa:**

A lounge space with a smart TV (Apple TV connection available), sofas and coffee tables. A large choice of board games is available, if you want to take a break from the TV and get some fun family time. This space directly opens to the outside.
An open-floor kitchen, with a central island, well-equipped with the latest small and large appliances, as well as complete sets of dishware, glassware, silverware... every ware everywhere...

Juan-Les-Pins: for a night out, dining on the beach or daytime sightseeing, also within 15 minutes.

The picturesque Provencal village of Biot, less than 20 minutes away: to explore its medieval alleys and try an emblematic Grand-Marnier crepe at the old town crêperie.

The city of Antibes: for some beach time, to take a stroll within its old part of town or to visit its water parks, reachable within 20 minutes.

The lively village of Valbonne: to enjoy a drink or the local cuisine at one of the cafes and restaurant around the main plaza, also 20 minutes away.

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone the villa.)
