We agree to your ½ hour check-in slot according to your landing time allowing plenty of time for you to travel to the house.

We can always accommodate changes in check-in time up to the day before your check-in date and will do our best to accommodate same-day changes.

Please note that we have a camera by the front entrance. This is for security and insurance purposes. There are no other cameras inside the property

Please bear in mind that last-minute changes or if you fail to let us know your arrival time has changed will incur an extra £30 for every hour or fraction of an hour past the agreed arrival time. Please call, text or email before your departure.

Early check-in or late check-out: Available for a fee (subject to availability).
Baggage drop: Free of charge from 11 am to 2 pm if agreed in advance.
