The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and entertaining, with glass doors leading to a lovely garden complete with BBQ and sunken trampoline.

No smoking, pets or parties. There is a self contained studio flat on the lower ground floor which has its own entrance and cannot access the main house. This is only occupied for part of the week. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
