Titta på världen, gå från det mysiga, ljusa vardagsrummet, eller gå ut genom dörren och var några minuter från Stadium och Downtown Ann Arbor. Detta är den perfekta platsen att stanna för fotbollshelger eller för familjebesök i Ann Arbor. Huset innehåller ett fullt utrustat kök, matsal och vardagsrum med storskärms-TV / ljudsystem. Familjerummet i källaren har en extra storbilds-TV. Alla tre sovrummen har en liten TV. Två sovrum har en queen size-säng. Ett sovrum har dubbelsängar med en extra utdragbar tvilling som kommer att ställas in av ägaren för 6: e personen. Ägaren kommer också att tillhandahålla ytterligare två dubbla luftmadrasser med sängkläder / filtar om så önskas i förväg. Max beläggning är åtta personer. Huset är mycket rent med extra handdukar, filtar, etc. En inhägnad gård och uteplats med grillutrustning ingår för gas- och kolgrillar. Två bilmonterade garage med breezeway in i huset håller dig torr på regniga eller snöiga dagar. Ytterligare två parkeringsplatser finns på uppfarten.

Perfect location to stadium

Everything a family needs to have a great stay. Very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of room to relax. Mary is so friendly, she happily showed us around and answered messages instantly. We were greeted with cookies and flowers. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in.

Great space

Friends and I stayed while in town for the marathon. It was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect space. The fireplace was amazing and it felt so cozy and welcoming.

UM game and campus tour

Just as advertised, clean quiet comfortable and close to the stadium. Short and easy Lyft ride away from central campus or downtown. Much appreciated, would stay again.

Michigan Football Weekend

Wonderful accommodations within walking distance to the campus and Stadium. Clean, comfortable and well stocked house...perfect for a tailgating weekend or visit to Ann Arbor. Highly recommend and plan on returning soon.

Great Michigan football house

Fantastic house and location for a Michigan football weekend! Plenty of room for our group of 8 to hangout and sleep. Easy walk to the Big House. We hope to come back next season.

Perfect location

The house was ideal for our group. Four adults in town for the UW/UM game. The location is exceptional. Probably a ten minute walk from the stadium and about 15 minutes to town. The house was clean, well-equipped and very clean.

Great house for game weekends!

We stayed here with our adult sons while visiting our younger son at U Mich. It was spacious & clean with a central location close to the stadium. Mary had great communication as well. The house is very spacious, with comfy beds. The kitchen has every possible gadget/pot/pan as well as coffee, tea etc. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again!

Amazing home thats a perfect distance from the stadium!!

My family came to visit Ann Arbour for the weekend and could not be more happy with our stay!! The house was perfect and had everything we need. Mary was extremely responsive and flexible - we had an early flight in and she was so accommodating by letting us check in earlier. The stadium was a 10 min walk from the house which was perfect! Could not recommend this property more!

Family reunion

One of the best stocked VRBO we’ve stayed in. Plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen was great. We had several family dinners and were able to cook. Glad to have enough plates so we didn’t need paper. The basement family room gave us another space for games and activities for the grandchildren. It was a perfect week.

We could not have asked for a more perfect location, or place to stay! This house is fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need… very comfortable with multiple living spaces to hang out in which makes it perfect for multi-family and guests! We will be back for sure…!!
