Close to the sea, but also in the arms of the mountain of the Centaurs! It connects northern and southern Pelion!


A sunny maisonette with a sea view! Just 850m. from the beach of Ambovos!

New two-story maisonette, spacious, fully equipped! Our aim is to meet the needs and wishes of every visitor!

On the ground floor you will find a single space of approximately 50 sq.m. with living room with large sofas and dining area, 20 sq.m. kitchen and bathroom with bathtub, as well as a 10-meter balcony, where you can enjoy the view while having your breakfast but also at any time of the day in the living-dining room.

In the living room you will also find a large 50 inch TV, air conditioning and heaters, screens on the windows! Two people can sleep on the very comfortable new sofas, like beds!

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, coffee machine (French and frappe), toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, multi-function, and grinder.
A hairdryer is also available.

On the first floor, two bedrooms with a separate entrance and an area with two single beds.
The master bedroom with exposed chestnut wood ceiling and hidden lighting, has a double bed and a cot and en suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage column, 32 inch TV, air conditioning and chest of drawers, as well as window screens.

Of course the sea view from the bed is fantastic for waking up in the morning but to see the stars before you sleep!

The second bedroom also with an exposed chestnut wood ceiling and hidden lighting, has a double bed, 32 inch TV, air conditioning and heater, as well as screens on the windows.

The view is the same as that of the master bedroom, since the two bedrooms are connected by a single balcony – dining room 10 meters long and 2.10 meters deep.

On the balcony you can enjoy every moment of the day and night, every meal, drink and drink or cocktail in a beautiful and comfortable dining room, in an idyllic and romantic environment!

Finally, on the same floor there is a warm, small space decorated with frames depicting the village of Afissos several decades ago!

It has two single beds and a large window with a screen facing the courtyard of the house.

It also has two paved patios, one at the back, and one at the side with a view, with tables and chairs!

There are also wooden stools and garden umbrellas that create the required shade! A beautiful well-kept garden and a stretch of land full of olive trees!

Parking is free and there is room for two cars.

Nothing prevents you from enjoying the view, relaxation, tranquility and peace since it is a very quiet location in the middle of Ambovos with a view of the sea on the front side and the mountain behind!

This is an independent detached house with full access to all areas! Large gate at the entrance with a lock for guests only! The sea is only 400m away. and the central square of the village 800m.

All the villages of Pelion are within a breath's distance, beaches with clear waters, a special beauty combined with mountain and sea, you can quickly reach the ski center of Pelion!

The centuries-old olive trees reach all the way to the sea, creating a special view!!

It is suitable for family holidays, for outings with the para but also for a couple looking for romance!
Afissos is one of the most famous seaside villages of Pelion in the Pagasitiko gulf and is only 25km from the city of Volos.
It is an amphitheater location with green olive groves, beaches with calm and clear waters.

One can stroll both along the coastal road and on the cobbled streets, making a stop in the village square with the centuries-old plane trees, the small bridges and the water source which is connected to the Argonautic Expedition and Jason.
The village of Afissos resembles an island and is ideal for visiting every part of Pelion and the beautiful Volos!

To get around the village of Afissos, you can go on foot, but you can also use your means of transport for an even greater reduction in transport costs.
In case you want to go outside the village, you can use the Intercity bus which runs daily and at very regular intervals both for the city of Volos and for other villages of Pelion!
