The space
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Southsea from this stunning two- storey house, perfectly situated to enjoy the coastal charm and vibrant atmosphere and make it a perfect destination for a getaway. With Southsea's picturesque seafront promenade nearby, enjoy stunning views of the Solent, leisurely strolls or bike rides. The town boasts a rich history reflected in its Victorian architecture and attractions such as The Historic Dock Yards, Southsea Castle and the D-Day Museum provide fascinating insights into the area's past.

As you enter the property, you're greeted by a hallway that leads to various parts of the house. To your left is the dining room, with a bay window that brings in natural light. This space that comfortably seats six, perfect for sharing a meal with family or friends.

From the dining room, you move into the sitting room, where you'll find an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, and a smart TV. The sitting room is designed for both quiet evenings and social gatherings.

Continuing through the property, a corridor with skylights leads you to the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, oven, kettle, and toaster, ready to meet all your cooking needs.

At the end of the corridor, on the right, is the family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and a washing machine.

Heading back through the sitting room and up the stairs, you'll find the first of three bedrooms. To your left is a double bedroom with a desk area and a ceiling fan, providing a comfortable space for rest or work.

Further along the corridor is a twin room with two single beds and another ceiling fan. This room is suitable for children, guests, or anyone who prefers their own space.

At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a large wardrobe, and windows that offer views of the street below. This room is spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat.

Stepping outside through the door at the end of the downstairs corridor, you'll find a garden area with a bistro-style table that seats four and two extra armchairs, making it a nice spot for a morning coffee, or sundowner.

There is paid parking available for guests. You will have exclusive access to the entire house, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.

Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, and washing pods.. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-op is a 5-minute walk away.

Guests have access to entire home and garden.
Paid parking is available. The nearest bus stop is 0.5 miles away, and the nearest train station is Fratton Railway Station.

Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
