The NewMad apartments are located in a luxurious residential complex that is part of the boom in urban developments that are transforming Méndez Álvaro into one of the most modern and vibrant areas for residents and major corporate headquarters.

Its strategic location south of the city centre and close to Atocha Station and the Méndez Álvaro interchange allow for efficient and quick connection to the rest of the city. It is also located very close to important focal points of the city such as the Reina Sofia Museum, the Prado Museum, the Madrid Planetarium and the Retiro Park.

The studio:

This beautiful and cosy studio has a modern design in which every element has been carefully selected to optimise the space and maintain a contemporary aesthetic.

Upon entering, the first thing you notice is a sense of spaciousness, thanks to the open layout that integrates the kitchen, living room and bedroom with a comfortable double bed in a single environment.

Its elegant American kitchen is fully equipped with the latest utensils and appliances. The living room has a double sofa bed and a Smart TV.

The studio also has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower, offering functionality, style and comfort to our guests.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a 50 EUR cash supplement.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
