It looked even more stunning in person than the pictures, The apartment is incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished, The convenient location with numerous restaurants and attractions nearby only enhanced its appeal, Dream of owning a property like this in Paris, Highly recommended for families embarking on a journey together, Travelling with a baby was made easy as they kindly provided a cot for us, and having an elevator in the building was a major bonus! I booked Joffrey's place for a 3-day work meeting with two coworkers, We had a great time, the place is comfortable with lots of room to work and unwind, The rooms are large, nicely decorated, and the beds are very comfortable, It's conveniently located just two minutes from Gare de Lyon, Joffrey was proactive, friendly, and timely in his communication, I would definitely recommend him as a host!

Well-designed apartment with ample space to unwind and large bedrooms and bathrooms, We journeyed with our 11 and 18-year-old plus his friend and we all adored the location, perfectly situated near the Metro and train station as well as the river and Batobus just a short walk away, Strolling to the beautiful Marais area and nice restaurants was effortless - in fact, we enjoyed the Bistro across the street where we received a warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal on the first night, Joffrey was consistently responsive and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was straightforward, Highly recommended for a Parisian getaway,

Die Wohnung war fantastisch und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage! Die Kommunikation beim Einchecken hätte reibungsloser sein können, aber wir haben es problemlos geschafft, den Ort zu finden, an dem wir den Schlüssel abholen konnten. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und ordentlich. Die einzigen Nachteile waren, dass für eine Gruppe von 6 Personen für eine Woche nicht genügend Vorräte vorhanden waren (Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel). Auf Anfrage wurden uns jedoch zusätzliche Vorräte für die Woche zur Verfügung gestellt. Achten Sie beim Einchecken auch darauf, den Passcode für das Tastenfeld der Eingangstür zu erhalten – wir mussten zur Schlüsselübergabestelle zurückkehren und anrufen, um den Code zu erhalten, als wir uns in dieser Nacht ausgesperrt hatten. Glücklicherweise wurde das Problem schnell gelöst und wir hatten keine weiteren Probleme. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es mehrere Bäckereien, Restaurants und Cafés, und auch die U-Bahn und der Bahnhof sind nah. Ein kurzer Spaziergang bringt Sie zum Fluss, und die Nachbarschaft ist bezaubernd. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Die Lage ist fantastisch, an einer belebten Straße und nur eine Minute von der Metro entfernt. Direkt im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen und eine Bäckerei. Zahlreiche Restaurants mit Speisen im Freien sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit einer modernen Küche, einem modernen Badezimmer und modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Unser Gastgeber ist freundlicherweise einigen über die angegebenen Bedingungen hinausgehenden Anfragen nachgekommen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Es gibt viel Platz und saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt. Danke, dass Sie uns Ihr Zuhause geöffnet haben.
