Welcome to our magnificent apartment in the heart of Paris!
Discover the charm and comfort of our apartment, completely renovated in February 2024, ideally located a few steps from rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, in the heart of one of the trendiest streets in Paris, known for its Comedy Clubs , theaters and lively bars. Our tastefully decorated apartment offers you a most pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.

âš This spacious 79m2 apartment is fully air-conditioned for your absolute comfort. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it includes:
âą Three bedrooms with queen size bed for peaceful nights.
âą A living area with television and Wi-Fi to entertain you and stay connected.
âą A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with hotplates, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine and washer-dryer
âą Three modern bathrooms, one with toilet, for added convenience.
âą Separate toilet.
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper to ensure a spotless space when you arrive.

LATE ARRIVALS
As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
âą From 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.: 30 euros
