Modern apartment recently renovated in a strategic location and a short distance from the Venezia Mestre train station, allowing easy access to Venezia Santa Lucia station.
The accommodation is on the second floor of a building with an elevator and can host up to 5 people. The living area features a modern design and includes an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, oven, and dining table. In the same space, there is a queen-sized bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: the first has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and air conditioning, while the second offers a single bed, a desk, and air conditioning.
To complete the property, there is a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a practical double sofa bed.
Guests will also have additional amenities at their disposal, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, mosquito screens, a washing machine, and an iron, ensuring a stay of maximum comfort.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival.
