Villa Hibiscus is a fantastic villa with a renovated pool
Villa Hibiscus is a fantastic villa with a newly renovated pool terrace and a majestic 14m x 5m pool. The villa is suitable for a large family or group of 10 guests. The villa is on a plot that is not overlooked, set in a quiet suburban street only 5 minutes drive from the Javea Arenal main beach area. The villa provides flexible accommodation with 4 double bedrooms and a twin room with 4 spacious shower rooms. Villa Hibiscus at maximum capacity can comfortably accommodate 10 adults. Travel cots and high chairs are available for toddlers up to 3 years old, at an extra charge.
The main villa is accessed from the electric gates and driveway with secure parking for 1 car with plenty street parking also available; the whole villa is on a virtually flat plot with just 2 steps to the entrance door.
You access the villa through the spacious hallway into the upper level with main open plan living room / dining room and adjacent to this a a fantastically well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, convection hob, coffee machine, filtered drinking water and all the utensils you could hope for. The living room has large comfy sofas ideal for a cosy movie night. There is a dining table for 8 in the open plan living / dining area with a further 4 seats at the breakfast table in the kitchen. The TV has all the Smart TV functions allowing you to watch your favourite streaming services such as Netflix, Prime and Rakuten. From the hallway you access the upper level Master bedroom with king size bed and its own cute terrace with sea views and en suite shower room. There is also a WC adjacent to the hallway on this level.
From the main living area you access the large upper Naya with dining for 8 and a comfortable set of Balinese style lounge furniture for relaxing with book in the shade or enjoying and evening drink. To the side of this terrace and adjacent to the kitchen is the BBQ area with a high quality Weber BBQ.
The lower level is where you will find two spacious super-king size bedrooms, one of which can be reconfigured to accommodate guests in 2 single beds as required. These bedrooms share the family bathroom with bath and walk in shower. A double bedroom and a twin room both have modern en-suite shower rooms and all 4 bedrooms have direct access to the magical, modern, main pool terrace and gardens beyond.
The pool side is equally well equipped with 10 sun loungers and parasols as well as casual dining for 10 at the pool side bar stools.
You can walk from the villa to the Arenal beach in 20 minutes and there are a number of bars, restaurants and cafes within a walking distance of around 10 minutes. You can drive to the Arenal beach in 6 minutes and Porticholl in 15 minutes. The villa is in a fantastic central location for Supermarkets with the large Consum supermarket 5 minutes drive away. The port and old town areas are a 20 minute drive away and well worth a visit.
This villa is a perfect luxury getaway if you are looking for a relaxing holiday!
Villa Hibiscus is strictly no smoking inside but smoking is allowed outside the property.
Linen and bath / pool / hand towels provided free of charge.
Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be available weekly on request at an extra charge to be agreed in advance of arrival.
JĂĄvea is made up of three areas.
1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.
2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jåvea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra MĂtica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
JĂĄvea Town: JĂĄvea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed JĂĄvea to be âenvironmentally near perfectâ and you can bask in the Costa Blancaâs brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.
JĂĄvea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the townâs fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the âMiradorsâ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 20 minute drive from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on JĂĄveaâs postcards.
Moraira is a magical beach-side town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.
Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing. In Moriara there is an old port with some beautiful bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina.
Golf: Within 25 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of JesĂșs Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
JĂĄvea golf club, between Moraira and JĂĄvea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 40 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
