The apartment offers large, bright rooms with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay:


Living Room : Spacious and bright, the living room features two comfortable sofas, a central coffee table, and a flat-screen smart TV mounted on a modern wall unit. The dining table seats up to four, and the space is tastefully decorated with modern art and decor pieces. Two large windows bring natural light into the entire room.


Kitchen : Fully equipped with various utensils, a MOKA coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, and oven. Although there is no dishwasher, the kitchen is functional and ready to meet any culinary need.


1st Double Bedroom : Spacious and bright, with a window overlooking a small balcony. It is furnished with bedside tables with lamps, a large wardrobe, mirror, armchair, and wall unit. The room is climate-controlled for a comfortable stay in every season.


2nd Triple Bedroom : With a double bed and a single bed, this room is perfect for families or small groups. It includes a large mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, wall unit, air conditioning, and heating.


Bathroom : Equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer, and courtesy set, complete with everything needed for guests' comfort.


The apartment features free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and vacuum cleaner. For ideal comfort all year round, it is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Mosquito screens are installed, and a crib is available upon request (for an additional charge of 10 euros per day).

Take the Leonardo Express train to Stazione Termini (travel time: about 32 minutes).
From Termini, follow the directions above to reach Via San Castulo by metro or bus.
