Detta är en varm egendom du kommer till !!! Oavsett om du kommer att besöka dina barn på U-A eller fly från vinterelementen, är vi säkra på att du kommer att njuta av din vistelse i vår smakfullt renoverade Bungalow 2017. Allt har uppdaterats, från kök till dekor (som kommer att inredas denna månad) med moderna bekvämligheter, samtidigt som charmen i ett Southwest Home bibehålls. 1000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta och nya trägolv i hela. Vi har tänkt på allt !!! --- fullt kök, alla nya sängkläder, hårtork, strykjärn, tvättmaskin / torktumlare - altan set - allt du kan behöva för en lång eller kort vistelse!

Sovrum -

Båda sovrummen har queen-size sängar och garderob (det ena är en standard garderob, det andra är en walk-in) och en byrå och sittstol. Extra sängkläder finns i garderoben för båda sängarna, tillsammans med extra kuddar och dyner. Det finns också sängar i barnsäng för extra gäster.

Gästtillträde

Gästerna har tillgång till hela huset, härlig veranda, helt inhägnad i trädgården och carport gratis parkering utanför gatan. Carporten erbjuder täckt parkering för 1. Det finns utrymme bredvid huset för att parkera en husvagn men inte täckt). Torktumlare och tvättmaskin ingår också

Vi bor i huset intill och är tillgängliga när som helst för frågor. Som sagt, vi njuter av sekretess när vi reser, så om du inte räcker till oss med frågor, kommer vi gärna att lämna dig i fred för att njuta av din vistelse. Om du behöver oss delar vi gärna vår kunskap om grannskapet och hjälper dig att hitta allt du behöver i Tucson.

Great Little House!

The house was great and we had a nice time. It was clean, located near a lot of good restaurants and shopping, comfortable, and safe. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.

Fun time in Tucson

A small group of us stayed here for one night as we made our way to Saguaro National Park. The place was clean, tidy, and a great location. The only reason I’m giving is 4 stars is because the couch was insanely uncomfortable. The sections are in pieces and on wheels.

Wonderful Stay in Tucson

This place was amazing even better than I imagined. The house is very nice especially the kitchen they had everything you will need. Everything was very clean and nicely put away and the backyard was very cozy. The grill worked very well and I was able to have a great night in this home!

Perfect place!

We loved this house. The yard is absolutely beautiful. We rented the place for our baby shower and it was such a great place to host a small get together at. We would def stay here again and can’t wait to check out their other properties.

Great place to stay in Tucson

We had a nice time visiting with family in Tucson. This house worked out perfectly. The dogs enjoyed the yard and we had everything we needed at this vacation house. The owner was more than helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Perfect

Was a perfect get away for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Has everything needed for your stay. Park is a block away, fenced yard for our dogs. Very responsive is any questions were needing to be answered. Location was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great Hosts!

I was in Tucson because my husband was having surgery nearby they were also very accommodating because of my change in dates. This house was great for myself and my two dogs and has a big yard for them to roam around. Anytime I needed to get a hold of Taylor and Yuko they responded right away so I highly recommend this place!!

Comfortable house in a great location and quiet neighborhood.

The beds are comfortable and plenty of linens, towels and bedding (also paper products) are provided. The lounge area with 65 inch smart TV is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The yard is nicely landscaped with mature plantings. Taylor and Yuko are quick to respond to any questions. The property is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, Target etc.

Great little house

Convenient and easy access to U of A. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space (although TV options were disappointing). Right near bike blvd and wonderful place for morning runs and walks. Backyard was great but could use some landscaping. Also did not realize there was a separate Apt on the property. The dogs nearby were loud. And the Vrbo listing promised a grill but sadly the only one was too old to work. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Taylor - I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I love to travel and am very friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and beyond. With that said, hosting is something I enjoy very much :)

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:)

We love the neighborhood so much that we have bought several homes here for the charm and convenience to everything worth doing in Tucson. Besides, the Property was just remodeled in 2017, and is charming beyond words!

We also have tables and chairs for events,, and we go all out to make for the best experience with our events coordinator .
