Härlig och full av charm - Oavsett om du kommer att besöka dina barn på U of A eller fly från vinterelementen, är vi säkra på att du kommer att njuta av din vistelse i vår smakfullt renoverade 1946 Bungalow. Allt har uppdaterats, från kök till dekor med moderna bekvämligheter, samtidigt som charmen i en sydvästra Casita bibehålls. Ny värme och luftkonditionering tillsammans med Saltillo Tile genom hela så att du är bekväm hela din vistelse.

Båda sovrummen har queen-size sängar och garderob (det ena är en standard garderob, det andra är en walk-in) och en byrå och sittstol. Extra sängkläder finns i garderoben för båda sängarna, tillsammans med extra kuddar och dyner. Det finns också en queen-size luftmadrass för ytterligare gäster.

Gäståtkomst
Gästerna har tillgång till hela huset, härlig veranda, helt inhägnad i trädgården och carport gratis parkering utanför gatan. Carporten erbjuder täckt parkering för 2 bilar. Det finns gott om utrymme bakom huset och i uppfarten för att parkera en husvagn (men inte täckt).

Vi bor i huset intill och är tillgängliga när som helst för frågor. Som sagt, vi njuter av sekretess när vi reser, så om du inte räcker till oss med frågor, kommer vi gärna att lämna dig i fred för att njuta av din vistelse. Om du behöver oss delar vi gärna vår kunskap om grannskapet och hjälper dig att hitta allt du behöver i Tucson.

Really cute casita, perfect for coming back ago after hiking and dining at local restaurants we miss from when we lived in Tucson. It was the taste of home we desperately needed. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Great place to stay

this is a very nice place to stay, bedrooms were comfortable, granite counter tops, stove/oven, and refrig, and washer/dryer set it apart from other places. Kitchen was very well equipped, really complete.

Spacious Desert Oasis

Perfectly clean and ready for the whole family, the hi-tech thermostat keeps the temp perfect day and night. Plenty of space for dining & games indoor and out. Bedrooms for privacy, room to spread out. Parking in the shade as well. Easy walking neighborhood, with convenience stores just blocks away.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Casita. Taylor was a friendly host. He left us snacks and fruit which went beyond what he needed to do. The house was comfortable and our dogs enjoyed the huge backyard. The neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again!

Generally a nice place to stay. the home was very clean and had some good amenities (i.e. big TV, good dishes). However the bathroom could use some upgrades. The shower worked but it was old and somewhat primitive.

Very cute casita in a quiet neighborhood

Taylor was very responsive and brought us cutting knives and other kitchen items when we asked for them. Big backyard and comfortable chairs on the front porch.

Tucson Get-Away

My husband and I stayed at this adorable little bungalow for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. A great kitchen with all necessary tools, comfy couch and restful backyard allowed us to maximize our enjoyment during our short little respite. Although it was further from downtown than we thought when booking, it was centrally located for all of our adventures and we would definitely book here again.

Summer in Tucson

The house is clean and exactly like the photos. There is everything that you would need, especially in the kitchen. The air conditioning worked very well and there are ceiling fans in the living area too.

So good we won't stay in hotels if we have a choice.

Taylor does a super job keeping clean and comfortable homes. We felt it was our home for a week and enjoyed Tucson a lot. MT Lemmon, Desert Museum, Catalina state park were interesting and in bloom. Beautiful.

Muy Bonita Casita

Taylor was a great host and answered all questions we had. The casita was very cozy and clean and a home-away-from-home. It had close proximity to U of AZ which was wonderful for our needs. The nearby Whole Foods on Speedway was very handy for groceries. Great sites we visited in Tucson were Saguaro National Park East with a drive through loop, Biosphere 2, and San Xavier Mission.

This was a really cute, conveniently located place to stay.

This property was as described. It had a nice layout. The back yard was really cute and relaxing. It was clean and well maintained. Taylor and Yuko were very good hosts. I would recommend this property to others. It was a good value. It was close to pretty much anywhere you would want to go.

An Enjoyable Stay in Tucson

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bed and breakfast. The house was gorgeous and well decorated. The yard was well landscaped and had plenty of room for my two children and two big dogs to run around. It was our own little oasis in the middle of the city. It was hard to believe how close we were to downtown while sitting out in the yard surrounded by beautiful fauna. My family and I would definitely stay here again and we will recommend it to all of our friends.

Great Hospitality

My husband and I visited Tucson for our third anniversary and were so pleased to have chosen to stay at this property! Not only is the casita beautiful and well-maintained, but Taylor and Yuko are wonderful hosts. They provided water, snacks, toiletries, and even presented us with a bottle of wine, cute little cactus and a sweet welcome note. We have had great VRBO experiences, but this was by far the best. Thank you Taylor and Yuko for helping us have an amazing anniversary trip!

Another Great Stay at Taylor and Yuiio's Bungalow

This is my wife Kathy and mine 2nd year in a row staying with Taylor and Yuko, and if we were not going to hawaii next year, this is where we'd be, already booked 2020 because we know it fills up FAST!! The property just keeps getting nicer every time we come. This . year, they added solar!! One great spot - you won't be disappointed

Great Place

Easy check in. Great place to stay. Comfortable. Everything we needed. It was a bit dark though. No light in the dining room that I could find and living room had lamp but no overhead lighting. Not a big deal though. We stayed in winter and it was rainy the weekend we were there. In summer, we probably would have just had dinner outside in the back yard. Since it was just the 2 of us, we just ate in the little bar area in the kitchen. We stayed with our 2 dogs so it was great to have a completely fenced yard. We'd stay there again.

Charming, peaceful & conveniently located!

My husband, myself and our fur baby enjoyed a long weekend at the casita and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Tucson! Taylor was very responsive and attentive from the moment I inquired about the casita and during our visit. He and his wife really went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We arrived late, after 10pm, and Taylor still met us there to welcome us and give us a walk through of the property. Driving up at night was a treat because the home was magically lit up with twinkle lights and I just fell in love with it's character the moment I saw it! We had to check out late on Sunday and they even watched our dog for us that day because we had no where to take him. The casita was very clean and well equipped with all of the necessities. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. It's actually larger than it looks in pictures too. The neighborhood is very quiet for being centrally located and we loved sitting out in the backyard under the stars each night. Speaking of the yard, there are incredible views of Mt. Lemmon from the backyard! We enjoyed walking to the hip little coffee shop (Black Crown) that's only five minutes from the front door. We had dinner and brews at Barrio Brewing Co & 1702 Pizza. Both are awesome! We had great coffee from the local roasters, Raging Sage & Cartel. Overall, we had an amazing experience and look forward to returning soon. Make your reservations today! Taylor - I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I love to travel and am very friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and beyond. With that said, hosting is something I enjoy very much :)

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:)

This is the adjacent property to my private home, which has another casita behind it that we use as a vacation rental. So if this one isn't open, inquire about the other. With that said, We absolutely LOVE the neighborhood. You can't get any more centrally located to EVERYTHING to do in Tucson ! Close to U OF A, hiking golf, great restaurants, parks, botanical gardens, malls, downtown entertainment etc, while located in a well established quiet neighborhood that was built out in 1940's.
