This property is nestled in a lush subtropical garden with a swimming pool, summer kitchen and spa, all with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and Cap Ferrat, making it the perfect place to enjoy the golden hour and have fun on the terrace.

The Space:
The villa is on 3 levels with rooms and terraces on each floor. It faces south-west on the Mediterranean and is sunny all day long.
The first floor, where the main kitchen is located, has a large dining table and fireplace, with a large terrace and solarium.
The garden floor, or jungle room, is also the TV and music room and has a separate entrance, a kitchen and a porch in the garden, where you can enjoy a barbecue among exotic trees.
The garden houses a small spa that includes a hammam, a hot tub and a shower. A massage table is also available.
The pool is located at the end of the garden, among olive trees and cacti, and you can enjoy a daytime poolside barbecue that includes a sink, toilet and outdoor shower.
Inside our gates is an outdoor parking space that can accommodate 4 to 5 cars.
The cleaning and laundry area is located on the garden level and has a separate entrance.

Other Things to Note:
La villa è tranquilla e immersa in una splendida natura, ma anche molto vicina alle Moyenne Corniche, che è la strada principale che collega Monaco a Nizza, quindi sei a soli 5 minuti da Monaco e dal suo eliporto, e a soli 20 minuti da Nizza e dall'aeroporto.
Questa posizione ideale ti permetterà di goderti la vita notturna di entrambe le città, le migliori spiagge della costa, e di tornare rapidamente nel tuo paradiso esotico privato.
Se vuoi passeggiare nei dintorni, sei a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Cap D'Ail, dai suoi negozi di alimentari, dalle caffetterie e da un'ottima pasticceria. Percorrendo 20 minuti in discesa raggiungerai la deliziosa spiaggia di Mala e l'incredibile Sentier du Littoral vicino al guerriero. Se ti piace fare escursioni, salta con gli scarponi e sali in salita verso il Tete de Chien e la zona dei parchi selvaggi per ammirare panorami mozzafiato.
