The property is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. 

For added convenience, the property has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated along Funchal’s vibrant Estrada Monumental, Edifício Navio Azul offers guests prime access to the island’s beautiful coastline, lively dining scene, and cultural attractions. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the Lido Promenade, a scenic oceanfront pathway that leads to natural pools, beach access, and stunning coastal views—a perfect spot for a morning jog or a leisurely sunset stroll. The nearby Madeira Forum Shopping Center offers a range of shops, supermarkets, and dining options, ideal for picking up essentials or indulging in some retail therapy.

For a taste of Madeira’s cuisine, numerous restaurants and cafés line the surrounding area, including options for fresh seafood, local specialities, and international dishes. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate easy access to Santa Catarina Park, with its lush gardens and views of Funchal Bay, or the nearby Quinta Magnolia Gardens, known for their relaxing ambience and beautiful plant varieties.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Hotel Girassol, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
