Located just a five-minute stroll from the beach and a leisurely 20-minute walk to the heart of Brighton, it’s perfectly positioned for enjoying all the city has to offer.

Inside, the studio has a warm, homely feel and is filled with natural light. The spacious layout includes a super king-size bed dressed in fresh linens, with soft towels and guest toiletries provided for your comfort. A wall-mounted Smart TV offers entertainment for cozy evenings in, allowing you to unwind with your favorite movie before drifting off into a restful night’s sleep.

Start your day with coffee from the Nespresso machine, with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar provided. The Neighborhood:
The Kemptown area of Brighton has a lovely community feel to it. With an array of eateries, bakeries, coffee shops and independent stores, it has always been a vibrant part of Brighton. A wonderful afternoon can be had simply strolling along the main street, stopping for coffee, browsing a book or an antique shop before heading down to the seafront.

Just a short walk to the city centre and seafront, it is a wonderful, central location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it's amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all close by too.

Southern and Thameslink are the main train operators serving this route, and Brighton’s train station is centrally located, making it easy to start exploring as soon as you arrive. By car, Brighton is accessible via the M23 and A23 from London and the M27/A27 if coming from the west or east along the coast. Parking can be limited and often expensive, especially in the city centre, so researching car parks or Park & Ride schemes in advance is recommended. For a budget-friendly option, National Express and Megabus offer coach services from various UK cities, including London, with journey times around 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. The nearest major airport is Gatwick Airport, only about 30 minutes away by direct train, while Heathrow Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away by train and coach.
