Brookdale House is a recently-built 3-storey, bright & spacious townhouse with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms located less than a 15-minute drive from Manchester City Centre.
With up to 9 separate beds, sleeping up to 9 guests, this house is perfect for a large family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Greater Manchester during the week.
There's room for one vehicle on our driveway, with a free open public car parking area opposite the house.
The Space:
The house comprises of 5 bedrooms (three on the first floor, two on the second floor), 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) on the second floor, 1 downstairs WC, an large open-plan kitchen-diner-lounge with modern fully-fitted kitchen (including a washing machine), dining table & sofabed, The lounge has bi-fold doors to a garden with small paved patio area.
All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.
- Lounge Area:
Comfortable sofa with a flatscreen HDTV, access to Netflix & catch-up apps, and unlimited superfast fibre Wifi.
- Kitchen & Dining Area:
Our kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric induction stove, electric oven, washing machine & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

You have exclusive use of the house and the garden during your stay, as well as room for one vehicle on our driveway.
There is a free open air public car park opposite the house.
The Neighborhood:
Within a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive is a large Morrisons Supermarket, and there are a few restaurants, takeaways and shop within a 5 minute drive.
Manchester City Centre is only a 15 minute drive away, for easy travel to the AO Arena, the Northern Quarter and Ancoats too.
Manchester City's Etihad stadium is only an 8 minute drive away, and Manchester United's Old Trafford Stadium is around a 25 minute drive.
The Trafford Centre, Trafford Park and Trafford City are a 23 minute drive away, and Manchester Airport and Airport City are less than 30 minutes away by car/taxi.
Getting Around:
Manchester City Centre is within a 15 minute drive.
The Metrolink tram (Failsworth station) is a 5 minute walk away, and takes you directly into Manchester City Centre via Victoria Station.
The property is nearby the M60 motorway (Junctions 22 and 21 just 6 minutes away, with links to the M62, M66, M61 and M56 from the M60.
Major bus routes are available within a 5minute walk, direct to Oldham and Manchester City Centre.
Other Things to Note:
Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house for the safety and security of the property and vehicles parked on the driveway at the front of the house, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
