Only a 15-20 minute walk to Didsbury Village (a vibrant community with charming architecture, diverse restaurants, shops, and beautiful parks), Burton Road (featuring independent shops, restaurants, and bars), and Lapwing Lane (home to a charming Edwardian shopping arcade and the popular restored Lapwing Lane Arcade).

The apartment is perfect for longer stays, with all the essentials provided. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, plus a washer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience! 🧳

The entire house is yours to enjoy 🏡, with no areas off-limits. Relax and make yourself at home! 🌿 You’ll have access to the private garden 🌳, all rooms 🛏️, and the bathroom 🚿—everything is for you!

• No parties 🎉 or smoking 🚭 allowed. A fine may be applied if these rules are violated.
• Please keep noise levels down 🔇 when using the garden 🌿 to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors.
• Book with the correct number of guests 👥. We adjust our prices for small groups, and an additional guest fee will apply. Please ensure you book the correct number of guests so we can provide the right amount of towels 🧴 and linens 🛏️ for your stay.
• Please treat our home with care 🏡 as if it were your own. If extra cleaning 🧹 is required after checkout, additional charges may apply. We may also charge for any damages 💔 or lost keys 🔑.
