Super 2-bedroom south-facing apartment on the 9th floor of Block B in the Skol Building, with privileged views over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar, and Africa from the wonderful furnished terrace for 4 people. Surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Block B has two elevators, and access to the apartment is via stairs; once inside, the whole apartment is on the same level, with no stairs. Accommodation comprises: spacious living room with flat-screen TV with four international channels, 4-person dining area with sea views, and access to the terrace; fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hob, washing machine, and a serving hatch to the living room; master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, and north-facing window, second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, and window overlooking the street; and bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout, and its own Wi-Fi connection.
The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.

A stroll along Marbellaâs magnificent palm-fringed promenade has long been one of the townâs special charms. With views across the Mediterranean to the Rif Mountains of Morocco and a selection of stylish beach bars at which to enjoy a relaxing drink, it is a particularly attractive way to watch the world go by. Furthermore, Marbella has an extraordinary selection of beachfront properties along the seafront.
Stretching from the eastern fringe of Marbella town to Puerto BanĂșs, this stylish walkâknown as the Paseo MarĂtimoâoffers the chance to take exercise in an elegant setting. Of course, the concept of a seafront promenade is not something confined to Marbella aloneâindeed, most of the towns and cities on the Costa del Sol have one, even if few equal Marbellaâs for style and eleganceâbut now an ambitious project to link them all as part of a 50-kilometer long promenade is well underway.
