Lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex apartment on the 5th floor of Block A in the beachfront Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This bright east-facing apartment enjoys morning sun, and has wonderful views to the sea and the Puerto Deportivo, the Parque de la ConstituciĂłn, and the mountains guarding Marbella's back. The popular Skol Building lies 50m from the famous Puerto Deportivo, and is surrounded by fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops.
Accommodation comprises: lift access; on the bottom floor, large living/dining room with full height windows allowing maximum light; doors to the lovely terrace; compact fitted kitchen with ho, microwave, washing machine, etc.; on the top floor, master bedroom with amazing views; second interior bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower over bath.
