För den kräsna resenären är vi stolta över att presentera denna magnifika egendom på Walcott Ave. Detta speciella hem är ombyggt från topp till botten 2017 och erbjuder lyxiga utrymmen för dig och din familj eller vänner. Hitta dig själv på en av de många däcken som njuter av en kopp kaffe, ett glas vin eller en ny bok med Atlanten som hälsar dig. På morgonen går du ut från ytterdörren och tar 2 minuters promenad till Scarborough State Beach, med åtkomst från vägkanten.

Från gourmetköket, till de noggrant utvalda möblerna och accenterna, till gjutningen på fartyget på den lägre nivån, förbjöds ingen detalj här. När du inte njuter av drycker eller en roman på en av de många däcken, sprawl ut i det expansiva familjerummet. Fantastic house with an awesome location!

What a lovely home to stay in with family over the holiday! One of the nicest rentals we have ever experienced! Clean, well-stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. Steps to the beach, comfortable, clean with brand new furnishing. Plenty of room for a large group. Close to Newport for day trips or dinner.

Amazing ocean front property

What a wonderful vacation we had! This property is just steps from the beach, has a private pool, and is a perfect location for getting to the local hot spots in Narragansett. It is beautifully decorated and the perfect layout for large groups - very open. We will most definitely rent here again!

Family vacation

Great spot next to the beach

We really enjoyed staying here. It is right across the street from the beach. The house is well appointed and they furnish towels and linens through a service which we appreciate. Although there were only 5 of us, it easily sleeps another 3-5 people especially if you have children. They have a bunk room which is really nice for families with young children

Family Celebration

The house was amazing! We loved the neighborhood and its’ location. We were able to go to the beach for short periods of time due to the lttle ones that were with us, But because we were so close to the ocean, we were able to come and go as much as we wanted! I would highly recommend this home!!

Perfect spot

This property was in the perfect location-walk to beach and pool in the yard. When the little ones napped we were able to sit by the pool. Open concept allowed us to all be together. Views from the deck are breathtaking. Very quiet neighborhood. Hope to go there next year!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. It is steps from the beach and located in a quiet, relaxed area. The pool and decks are wonderful for evening hang outs. The owner keeps it very clean and updated. Towels and linens are provided, which is a huge benefit. There are also plenty of beds for large groups. I look forward to staying here again for future vacations and for longer than one weekend!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

We loved our stay at this property! The owners were so helpful and always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house is beautiful. It had everything we needed. Everything was clean and warm and comfortable. It was the perfect home for our group of 11. And the house was perfectly situated so close to the beach. Lovely home

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Well stocked and we so appreciated the presence of safety gates at the steps. We could relax and not worry about our 2 1/2 year old grandson tumbling down the steps. Only suggestion was pool chairs could have been better. Some moldy and not appealing to sit on. Location was fantastic We would love to return again and again

Our family summer trip

The location and view of water from the house is amazing! Beach entry is directly across the street but without a lifeguard unless you walk further down. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. My grandchildren loved the pool, which was very clean and had a great time in the bunk room which accommodated them all. Bedrooms were all nicely furnished. The living quarters and kitchen are beautiful There's a gas grill and outdoor tables. This house furnishes bedding and towels at no extra cost, which I didn't realize, and they had a nice supply of beach towels in the living room. Nice big TV also. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!

Clean, beautiful, easy, family-friendly!

My family and I rented this home for my parent's 50th anniversary celebration. The property was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had had a clear view (through large windows) of the beach right across the street. We had an active 1.5 year old with us and safety was not a concern with built in baby gates on the main living area and gated decks. The 6 and 7 year old kids loved the bunk beds and spent hours playing just in "their room". We also had an 11 and 12 year old and everyone enjoyed walking the beach at such close proximity. We stayed for Easter Sunday, so it was too early to make use of the pool, but the gate system for the pool also seems very safe. We cooked a large Easter brunch and had all the supplies we needed and the space! Easy access to Newport was a huge plus for us as well. Ease of working with the owners and property management far exceeded my expectations - everyone was lovely - I would highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous views , near the beach pool is a plus

Rented for a bachelorette with 12 girls, was perfect size. The top floor has amazing views with panoramic window placement. The pool in the back is a great hangout too or use for a pool day with multiple decks. The beach is just across the street. Would note that half our girls flew in so only 5/6 cars fit in the driveway & the police will ticket street cars. I will say you can hear everything below if people are upstairs but that was really the only thing! Otherwise perfect!
