För den kräsna resenären är vi stolta över att presentera denna magnifika egendom på Walcott Ave. Detta speciella hem är ombyggt från topp till botten 2017 och erbjuder lyxiga utrymmen för dig och din familj eller vänner. Hitta dig själv på en av de många däcken som njuter av en kopp kaffe, ett glas vin eller en ny bok med Atlanten som hälsar dig. På morgonen går du ut från ytterdörren och tar 2 minuters promenad till Scarborough State Beach, med åtkomst från vägkanten.

Från gourmetköket, till de noggrant utvalda möblerna och accenterna, till gjutningen på fartyget på den lägre nivån, förbjöds ingen detalj här. När du inte njuter av drycker eller en roman på en av de många däcken, sprawl ut i det expansiva familjerummet. Gorgeous views , near the beach pool is a plus

Rented for a bachelorette with 12 girls, was perfect size. The top floor has amazing views with panoramic window placement. The pool in the back is a great hangout too or use for a pool day with multiple decks. The beach is just across the street. Would note that half our girls flew in so only 5/6 cars fit in the driveway & the police will ticket street cars. I will say you can hear everything below if people are upstairs but that was really the only thing! Otherwise perfect!

Fantastic house with an awesome location!

What a lovely home to stay in with family over the holiday! One of the nicest rentals we have ever experienced! Clean, well-stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Awesome house in a fantastic location

What a fabulous house to stay in over the holiday! This house is clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Unbelievably great views of the ocean from the main living room and deck. Quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend this rental!

Breathtaking views

If you love the ocean, this is the property for you. The bedroom accommodations also comfortable, clean, and pretty! Open the sliders and listen to the sounds of the sea. The only drawback is the number of stairs and the steepness thereof. That feature should be considered if older people are among the renters. Otherwise, a dream property!!

Close to beach

Booking and even adding an extra day was so easy. The hosts were very responsive. Baby gates were on site for my 2 year old nephew which was fantastic as there were two sets of stairs on the upper level. A quick and easy walk to the beach and plentiful parking for myself, my brother, my sister and my parents. Washer and dryer on site and there were even laundry baskets in the rooms. Everything was very well thought out for us. We had a wonderful time and will need to come back during spring/summer and not the beginning of fall.

Lovely home

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Well stocked and we so appreciated the presence of safety gates at the steps. We could relax and not worry about our 2 1/2 year old grandson tumbling down the steps. Only suggestion was pool chairs could have been better. Some moldy and not appealing to sit on. Location was fantastic We would love to return again and again

Clean, beautiful, easy, family-friendly!

My family and I rented this home for my parent's 50th anniversary celebration. The property was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had had a clear view (through large windows) of the beach right across the street. We had an active 1.5 year old with us and safety was not a concern with built in baby gates on the main living area and gated decks. The 6 and 7 year old kids loved the bunk beds and spent hours playing just in "their room". We also had an 11 and 12 year old and everyone enjoyed walking the beach at such close proximity. We stayed for Easter Sunday, so it was too early to make use of the pool, but the gate system for the pool also seems very safe. We cooked a large Easter brunch and had all the supplies we needed and the space! Easy access to Newport was a huge plus for us as well. Ease of working with the owners and property management far exceeded my expectations - everyone was lovely - I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

We loved our stay at this property! The owners were so helpful and always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house is beautiful. It had everything we needed. Everything was clean and warm and comfortable. It was the perfect home for our group of 11. And the house was perfectly situated so close to the beach. Thank you for being our holiday home this December 2022.

Great family vacation

First, the house was amazing. The view of the ocean and beach was spectacular and walking to the beach from the house was about fifty yards. The four grandchildren ( 4 1/2, 3, 2, 2 and 6 month old) had a blast. We used the pool which it was one of our priorities. Driving to local restaurant was several miles away and less than forty minutes to Newport. Perfect location for a family. We definitely want to do it again. Thank you to the owner and to the Narragabsett property staff to keep up abreast. TP family

Perfect spot

This property was in the perfect location-walk to beach and pool in the yard. When the little ones napped we were able to sit by the pool. Open concept allowed us to all be together. Views from the deck are breathtaking. Very quiet neighborhood. Hope to go there next year!

Family Celebration

The house was amazing! We loved the neighborhood and its’ location. We were able to go to the beach for short periods of time due to the lttle ones that were with us, But because we were so close to the ocean, we were able to come and go as much as we wanted! I would highly recommend this home!!

Girls trip

The property was great but what we all felt about the amount of work that we had to do for the price we paid might detour us from staying that that property again. We had to make our own beds and get your towels that were dropped off in a big bag and left in the hall. I have never had to do before. Again for the price of the home we felt like that should have been already taken care of.

Full House!

This house was perfect for our families to meet and stay before our oldest son got married. Location was wonderful. Plenty of room and nice big kitchen . Kids enjoyed the pool as well as the beach and ocean . Would recommend this house for your next get together or vacation with family.
