Nestled in the cool hills of beautiful Ocho Rios, this gated community is steps away from main attractions; 5 minutes away from the city central, Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain and Margaritaville. Jamaican cuisine and other dining options are near by.
Located close to Turtle Beach, Mohogany Beach, Pearly Beach and Paradise Cove.

Air conditining units are located in the bedrooms only.
All guest MUST be registered with security. ID will have to be shown at security.
There are camera located on the exterior of the house (front, back and sides). There are no cameras on the inside of the house. Security is on site 24/7.
Phase 2 is still under construction.
There is ongoing construction đ§ in the day at a new development being built next door.

This home is located in a 24hr monitored gated community. It boast 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Primary bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, private bathroom, smart TV air conditioning and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two double beds, work station, conditioning units and ceiling fan.
The living room is spacious with a comfortable sectional where you can relax and enjoy watching Netflix on the smart TV, there is a ceiling fan and floor fan also.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a toaster oven, Keurig machine, microwave, gas stove and double fridge. There are bar stools in the kitchen additional seating.
The dining area seats four and is perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee.
