Welcome to Villa Amalia Mediterranean Gardens – the perfect place to enjoy your holidays! This modern top floor apartment has two bedrooms and a double sofa-bed, with space to accommodate up to 6 people.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Just outside the door is another bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. In the living room, there is space for additional guests on the cozy double sofa-bed.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a hassle-free stay, including a coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. To ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year, there is air conditioning and heating throughout the property.
Outside, enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony, or relax on the private rooftop solarium, perfect for sunbathing in our wonderful Mediterranean climate.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day of electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Parking included. At the moment properties in Mediterranean Gardens property enjoy a reduced price due to works on the third phase of the development (completion December 2025).
Our new Mediterranean Gardens development offers you an idyllic communal space centred around expansive outdoor swimming pools and lush gardens with natural grass. For those who visit us in winter, there is also a heated pool maintained at a constant temperature of 28ºC. Each building within the development is equipped with a lift for easy access to all levels.
To reflect ongoing construction work on the third phase of the development (expected completion in December 2025), a discounted rate is currently applied. The apartment remains situated at a safe and tranquil distance, ensuring minimal disruption during your stay.

Following the coast towards Torrevieja, we reach the famous sandy beach of Los Náufragos, awarded with the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in total comfort and safety.
On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities. And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Villa Amalia. Within a 10 minute drive there are 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard, and the well-known golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin are 20 minutes away.
