Splendid apartment in the heart of Seville in the popular Sierpes pedestrian street, a few meters from the Plaza Nueva where the Seville City Hall is located, next to the Seville Cathedral

It is on the first floor with an elevator, in an emblematic building in SevilleIt has three balconies facing the main street, two single beds, an integrated kitchen, large closets, a dining table, a large and comfortable sofa and a TV.Air conditioning, free wifi connection.
Five minutes from the Cathedral, Real AlcĂĄzar, Las Setas, 10 minutes from the popular and lively entertainment area, La Alameda de HĂ©rcules, full of local bars, terraces, and good atmosphere
The location is excellent to discover and enjoy the beautiful Seville comfortably on foot.

Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music
Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
