The apartment is inside of an old industrial building with a quirky feel over two floors. It is a lovely local area in SE15 with free onstreet parking and a public electrical charging point for cars available. There is a community pub 2min walk away. Although this is an apartment, it has its own entrance area and door.
A home away from home with spacious rooms this is an ideal location with good transport links to Central London and trendy Peckham while also offering Guests a quiet spot to stay.

***Lower Level - Ground Floor***
Upon entering the apartment you are immediately greeted with a quirky coat rack and vibrant orange stairwell leading upstairs. Alongside this stairwell is a wooden floored hallway leading first to.......
**The Master Bedroom**
This spacious and inviting bedroom is located to the front of the house at street level and is a wonderful space to relax and unwind. The bedroom has a (UK) King size bed, a free-standing full length mirror, large floor rug, comfortable armchair and large statement art work, cleverly highlighted with ceiling lights. There is an elevated position window, allowing plentiful natural light as well as privacy. Guests will find two exposed wall mounted rails along with some hangers to use for hanging clothes. There are also some shelves available for folded belongings within this room, in the storage area behind the bedroom door and a further small rail at the back of the mirror. There is both a decorative ceiling light over the bed and bedside lamps which help create alternative lighting levels and ambiance, as desired.
Further along the hallway from the bedroom guests will find the modern and light shower room.....
**Shower room**
Within this space there is a large walk-in shower area, WC, basin, over-basin mirror and large towel rail, which can be heated, if desired.
***Upper Level - First Floor***
On climbing the stairs guests will discover the fantastic upper level of the apartment. This area has an industrial feel with wooden flooring, crafted woodwork, high ceilings and wrap around windows ...
**Open plan living room, dining area and kitchen**
Living room - This is a perfectly sized space, where guests can feel at home. With high-ceilings, feature tiled fireplace area (not in use) and unique chalk wall. Centrally there is a large rug and coffee table. There are different lighting options to suit all moods- from ceiling lights to decorative freestanding lamp. For seating, there is the option of either the sofa or the characterful Chesterfield armchair. There is a wooden bookcase with many books and dvds for Guests to enjoy if they wish to. There is also a TV located within this bookcase along with a DVD Player and Amazon Firestick to use with the TV (please note that personal log-ins are required to access the Firestick Apps).
**Workspace**
Should Guests wish to work or study, there is a wooden desk within the living room area with a high-backed office chair. The large wraparound windows in this area make this a perfect space to work.
**Dining area and kitchen**
Moving through the living room towards the rear of the upper floor, is a wonderful wooden island with raised stools where up to 2 guests can enjoy a meal, cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The stylish kitchen is recently fitted and has a range of convenient appliances such as integrated fridge freezer, compact dishwasher, oven and separate hob. There is also a range of smaller amenities such as a toaster, kettle and ground coffee cafetiere. There is plenty of cupboard and surface space for storage and food preparation.
**There is alos a washing machine available for guests to use on the ground floor in the understairs cupboard**
**Parking**
There is free street parking along the road the apartment is located on as well as on surrounding roads.
There is a public electric car charging point located on the lamppost just outside the apartment (charges apply).
This is a wonderful choice for up to 2 guests, a couple or solo-traveller, we look forward to welcoming you!
Guests will have access to the full apartment aside from some locked and unlocked cupboards containing owner's belongings.
There will still be ample storage space for Guest belongings.
PLEASE NOTE
This is a much-loved apartment and therefore contains some belongings throughout which the owner is happy for Guests to use and enjoy.
Personal log-ins are required to access the Amazon Firestick Apps.
The apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one small hand towel and one shower towel to use for the stay.
Some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized shampoo, shower gel and soap should be provided. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are 2 convenience stores located within a short walk of the apartment.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
