Charming and modern, a few minutes from the Financial District
Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the TetuĂĄn district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a great deal of tradition.
It is a building located on Bravo Murillo street, which has an excellent location especially for those visitors displaced to Madrid for periods, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Picasso Tower is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés of the Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; in addition to many other shops and shopping centers.
A neighbourhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed.
The apartment:
This cosy apartment with capacity for up to 4 guests is located on the third floor of the building.
The efficient distribution of space combines the kitchen and living areas with a double sofa bed in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant atmosphere. It has a bedroom that features a comfortable double bed.
Likewise, the apartment has a comfortable full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and different appliances
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The building presents renovation works in its interior.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
