Glynllifon 3, a ground-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living area with a dining table seating six, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, one with an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, off-road parking for one car, and EV charging.
