Hen Graig är en vackert belägen endterrassstuga precis vid havet, med utsikt över stranden i mitten av den pittoreska byn Bull Bay. Boendet är lyxigt och rymligt och är idealiskt för en familj. Från ytterdörren kan du gå med på Coastal Footpath eller ta en kort promenad till 18-håls golfbanan eller det lokala hotellet och puben som båda serverar barmat. En kort bilresa tar dig till nästa by, Cemaes Bay med butiker, kaféer och flera pubar inklusive Stag. Stor uppmärksamhet har tagits vid renoveringen av detta hus för att behålla karaktär och charm med noggrant utvalda mjuka möbler och tyger, lokala askgolv och en vackert vänd spiraltrappa, ingenting har glömts att göra din vistelse minnesvärd. Smart TV med Freeview och trådlös internetuppkoppling. Hen Graig har tilldelats en 5-stjärnig turistnämndsbedömning. Vi hoppas att du kommer och stannar för att se varför! Hen Graig ligger på en av de mest pittoreska platserna i Nord Wales i den lilla byn Bull Bay Anglesey, nära "Old Copper Town" i Port Amlwch. "Bull Bay /" Porth Llechog "-" Llechog "hänvisade till den steniga , stormigt natur i området, men viken kan en gång ha fått namnet "Porth Llechod" vilket betyder "vik av utmärkt skydd". Det engelska namnet 'Bull Bay' tros vara nyligen härledt från namnet på en pool på stranden som heter 'Pwll y Tarw'; Bull's Pool. Bokstavligen ligger fasaden på den nu berömda Anglesey Coastal Path. Fastigheten byggdes ursprungligen 1750.

It was a lovely cottage, with everything we needed.It is next to a lovely pebbly beach, which was wonderful for us, our two year old grandson & our 2 golden retrievers. Beautiful views, & walks. Close to amenities, & lots of places to visit & explore for all the family.

Excellent property not to be missed

Fantastic property which was far better than expected.Comfortable beds and plenty of places to relax both in and outside of the property We spent our evening sat around the round table in the kitchen. Outside was very comfortable and able to enjoy the fabulous views.Coastal path literally on the door step and post walking a swim in the sea also on the doorstep. The games that were available were and added bonus and enjoyed by all.Will definately be back as the best place we have stayed on Angelsey.

One word ''FANTASTIC''

When you see the photo's we thought thats a nice place. When you see the the cottage and its views. FANTASTIC ! The cottage itself was immaculate and everything you needed was there to make your stay perfect. The place was so peaceful, like another world. Amazing sea views

Excellent holiday cottage with amazing sea views. Great location to explore Angelsey's beaches. The cottage had everything we needed and the patio area was perfect for viewing the seals. Great dog-walks from the coastal path at the end of the garden. Would love to stay again one day.

Mums 70th gift!

We booked this beautiful cottage for our Mums 70th birthday gift and we were not disappointed. The views from this cottage are truly breathtaking and the cottage itself is very spacious and well equipped. We saw Dolphins, porpoises and a seal in the bay during our stay which was so lovely, a real treat. This cottage is in a fabulous location (especially if you love kayaking) and the locals are super friendly. We had such a lovely time and was so sad to leave. Cant’t wait to come back! Thank you so much!

Great spot

Terrific area for taking in the beautiful scenery of Wales. The owner needs to know however that whomever they employ to do housekeeping is not giving them their monies worth. Deep clean needs to be preformed. Quite a lot of dust in the kitchen. Frying pans really need to be replaced…too old. Other than that, it’s a lovely place.

Fabulous property in stunning location

What a beautiful place to stay for a holiday! We had a wonderful week staying at Hen Craig, Bull Bay. In a fantastic position overlooking the beach it could not be better for people / activity watching as the boats for fishing, kayaks & divers come & go with regularity as soon as the sun comes out. The property is well located for walking along the coastal paths & driving to all the beautiful beaches Anglesey has to offer. We could not have asked for more - a very comfortable stay with stunning views from the master bedroom . Our only slight negative was that the back outdoor area is not enclosed so dogs can not be let out unattended. Other than that, a fabulous place to go for a holiday.😀

Stunning location, fabulous cottage

I always like to get away as soon as the school holidays start so that we can all wind down and relax. I think I have found my new favourite escape! This spacious well equipped cottage has the best views! So relaxing to have the bay literally on your front doorstep. We all slept well in comfortable beds and the large round kitchen table was a lovely feature too. Good to have Netflix and prime in the TV in the evening, when we had finished dolphin watching at sunset. We’ve not stayed this far north in Anglesey before and we would definitely return. A peaceful location to relax in, yet only a short drive from many other places too. If only you did shorter bookings than 7 days… we’d be booking in late autumn and early spring breaks too!

Superb Cottage

This is one outstanding property in an idyllic location. I find it hard to find words to describe the obvious effort that has gone into making this the absolute perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of Anglesey. Views are outstanding, layout of the cottage similar, it's just perfect in every way. Just a very slight 'negative', the water in Anglesey is undrinkable for those of us lucky enough to live in soft water area's, take bottled water if this applies to you. On the whole, this cottage scores 11/10 for the way it has been decorated etc.

Perfect Location

The location of the property was fantastic. It was not as clean as we would expect especially as there were so many instructions and dos and don’ts before our arrival. Hoovered a lot of dead flies from high level windowsill , visibly seen from stairs. Vacuum cleaner really smelt . Bath towels were small, not bath sheets . A lot of chipped china and smoke detector without batteries. Third bathroom was not really a bathroom more a downstairs loo and a storeroom. Realise it is a big house to clean but it is advertised as luxurious accommodation and therefore would expect the highest of standards. Despite these issues we had a wonderful week and enjoyed the location very much .

This is the second year running we have stayed here and once again it did not disappoint, this is a great property with fabulous views across the bay. Peaceful location but within easy drive to good beaches and towns.

Great Location, Great Holiday, One or two issues

Pros - The property is ideally located, overlooking the beach, south facing and in a relatively quiet spot. First impressions were "Wow this is great" and in many respects this continued to be our view. The standard of fitting out is high and the owners have clearly spent time, effort and money to create a comfortable environment. The main sitting room is spacious, as is the kitchen, which is modern and very workable. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the master bedroom is spacious and has spectacular views. Parking is convenient and generally speaking the property is well equipped. Cons - The property description on all online brochures included "sun loungers" and DVD player. There were neither. We asked the owner, who said there had been no sun loungers for some time and the description/photos were old. also, people now did not particularly want DVD players owing to the streaming services available. There were however a number of DVDs on the shelf and on the occasion of bad weather it would have been nice to watch a movie. Property descriptions need to be kept up to date. We also had to report issues regarding cleanliness, there was food and dog hairs under the sofa cushions (both sofas - photos are available) which we had to vacuum, which revealed another problem, the smell from the vacuum cleaner, which was very strong dog odour. The seal on the oven had broken and wewere reluctant to use it. All these matters were reported immediately to the owner, we had a quick response and apology from the management company, and a visit from a gentleman who replaced the vacuum bag, and confirmed that the oven could be used whilst he ordered a new part. However, having to spend time reporting/emailing etc detracted from our enjoyment of the house. Other Cons - There is absolutely nowhere in the family bathroom to put "bathroom items". A shelving unit of some kind is vital for a family of 4, as was the case with us as we had our family with us. The open nature of the en-suite was potentially less than pleasant - toilet facilities should never be open to the bedroom. The hand held shower in the en-suite led to a lot of water on the floor and and uncomfortable shower trying to avoid this. A screen is needed. The downstairs shower cannot be used as the room is a storage area for the ironing board, vacuum cleaner and so on. Finally, the TVs do not work, they pixellate constantly and no Sky+ as described Would stay again if the above were fixed
