The Space:
Spanning 550 square meters over three levels, this exceptional villa accommodates up to 12 guests in six spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen with premium Miele appliances, a stylish dining area with seating for 12, and an elegant living room with a fireplace, SAT TV, and contemporary furnishings. Guests can unwind in the sauna, enjoy a game of billiards, or explore the wine cellar. An internal staircase and elevator connect all floors for added convenience.

The first floor houses a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace offering breathtaking sea views. Two additional king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms share a large terrace overlooking the sea. A small gym, complete with a flat-screen TV, mirrored wall, and office space with a printer, scanner, and photocopier, is also located on this level.

The second floor features three more elegantly designed bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in dressing room. The remaining two bedrooms have king-size beds (one can be separated into twin beds), en-suite bathrooms, and walk-in dressing rooms. One of these bedrooms also includes a large showering area designed to accommodate guests with disabilities.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor areas. The property features a private infinity pool, direct access to the rocky beach, spacious terraces with sun loungers, a sauna, a billiard room, a gym, and a private berth at sea for boat docking. Daily housekeeping and a dedicated villa manager fluent in English, German, and Croatian are available to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.

The villa is located in Selca, a peaceful and picturesque village on the island of Brač, known for its rich stone-masonry heritage. The villa is well connected to the mainland by ferry from Supetar, making day trips to Split and other coastal destinations effortless.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the city tax of €6 per person per night is not included in the rate and must be paid upon arrival. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge of €75 per day or €500 per week. A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required upon check-in, payable in cash or by credit card, and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damages occur.
