Located in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and close to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant loft is the ideal accommodation for those who want to enjoy their stay in the center of Malaga with their partner or family.
Accommodation, Layout, and Equipment
With an area of 75 square meters and a capacity of up to 4 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.
The living room is adjacent to a fully-equipped minimalist kitchen, carefully integrated with the lounge area. Next to the wooden dining table, which can accommodate 4 people, the living room features a two-seater sofa (which can easily convert into a bed of 150cmx200cm) and a sophisticated chaise longue sofa. On the opposite side of the loft, there is a sheltered king-size bed (150cm x 200cm). The bathroom is also fully equipped and has a washing machine. Additionally, if needed, there is a safe.
Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with over 200 international channels, high-speed WiFi internet, safe, hot and cold air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Located in a completely rehabilitated building, it is next to one of the most emblematic places in the city, the Central Market of Atarazanas, and a few meters from the bustling Plaza de FĂ©lix SĂĄenz. The location, AlhĂłndiga Street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses on the pedestrian streets that you can explore to experience the true essence of this Mediterranean city.
