I have always loved traveling—meeting new people, immersing myself in diverse cultures, learning new languages, and savoring unique cuisines. I loved spending time with family. Precious time and quality with food and entertainment.

We used to vacation in this area when I was young, as my aunt lived nearby. Over time, we grew so fond of the place that my family eventually bought a house near here. Later, started working, I had the opportunity to purchase this property for sentimental reasons, and we decided to make it our own.
Fortunately, this area has everything we need—universities, hospitals, and a mall are all close by. It provides the convenience of city living, but with a touch of the comfort we associate with vacations. In a way, I like to think of this as our “vacation house in the city,” with all the basics at hand, but slightly upgraded for modern living. A City Living Retreat.

What I love most is that while we’re in the hustle and bustle of the city, Urban Oasis feels tucked away—a cozy retreat that provides tranquility after the chaos of traffic and a long day at work. It’s Family friendly and Senior Friendly lifts available.It’s truly a relaxing haven.
Convenience is key here. The shopping mall is just a 10-minute drive, and the food park is right outside the entrance gate, offering plenty of options for dining and leisure. Everything you need is within reach.
One of the highlights is the free gym and dance studio, yoga, basketball court ,music room-perfect for staying active. I also adore the water, so the pool is a personal favorite, offering a great spot for lounging with a book in hand. But what I cherish the most is the free cinema. Family movie nights have become a special tradition, relaxing on those cozy chairs and enjoying quality time together. Still spoilt of more choices with our cable tv, Netflix and YouTube. Singing your hearts out or just chill a play board games. All At the comfort of your living room and of course Fast wifi if your working remotely.
