The house is completely newly renovated, fully equipped for the family or group of friends and has excellent communication to Stockholm city! Walking distance to the bathing lake, parking spaces on the plot and cozy garden are just some of the advantages of this house. The house is a stylish villa that was total renovated during 2022. In the house there are three bedrooms, a gaming/TV room with sofa bed, two bathrooms, one of which is also a jar bath, etc. The plot is private and cozy with several seats and barbecues! Pets are welcome!

The house is situated just 15 minutes by car from the city center of Stockholm and just under 20 minutes with bus. The bus connection from the area is excellent and buses goes "all the time" to Slussen in the city.
Walking distans to the busstop is about 5 minutes.
You can also easy reach the archipelago with boat from Nacka Stand, walking distance around 20 minutes.
