Welcome to this three bedroom house just outside (5 mins on Metro) city center (which comfortably sleeps 6 adults) of 115 m2 in three floors where you will also have access to a wonderful terrace facing south-west.

You'll have 2 km to inner-city island Södermalm and 5 km to Old Town (Gamla Stan)

The house itself is a newly built townhouse in local area Aspudden with a 20-minute walk from the inner city. Perfect match of full access to all that Stockholm has to offer, and to the calm and relaxing nature, parks, water and forests which are all around the corner.

The house is in three stories with a kitchen, 2 living-rooms, three terraces, an office space and two bathrooms.

You will have access to your own dedicated parking place at no additional cost.

All modern amenities such as TV, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ Weber, washing / drying, etc.

5 minute walk to metro station Aspudden just two stations (5 mins) from inner city. You will have the same distance to Park Vinterviken with garden cafe, swimming, botanical garden, etc.

Small centre of Aspudden which offers nice cafés, restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, library, playground, etc.

If you prefer the mall you will have Liljeholmstorget with app 100 stores just a kilometre away.

Fantastic property. Very comfortable and a handy location.

Very well presented apartment which is easy walking distance to the tube station for easy access to Stockholm. Plenty of places to eat close by and very easy check in with excellent communication from the owner.

Amazing stay

This property was absolutely perfect, the best we've stayed in. Amazing communication from the hosts (who are lovely!), very clean and had everything we needed and more. Perfectly situated for quick and easy transport links, with a lake a 5 minute walk so there's a sense of being in nature. We all had the most amazing time and would definitely come back, thank you!

Excellent House

This house is close the subway station with direct access to downtown Stockholm! There is a small grocery store right next to the subway station with all the essentials! We really enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent Stay

We stayed for 2 nights in September 2018. We had an excellent stay and couldn't recommend this apartment enough! It was very clean, spacious and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. Stockholm has shown us to be very family friendly and we will certainly come back again.

Amazing place to stay in Stockholm

From beginning to end our stay was amazing. There was lots of communication beforehand and very kindly they allowed us to check in earlier after a long 18 flight from Malaysia which made the start of our stay very relaxed and comfortable. The house is immaculate and has everything you could ever want or need in it. The beds are super comfortable! It is so easy to get around the city from their location and yet it is wonderful not to have the tourist vibe but instead to be living in real life suburbia of Stockholm. When I come back to Stockholm this will be my first choice to come and stay again...it was perfect!

Excellent Location, Amenities, and Helpful Homeowners

From the detailed instructions sent in advance on how to get to the property, recommended restaurants and such, and even the Wi-Fi password, I knew this was a property owner who cared both about the property and the renter. The condo itself is in great shape, well appointed, and clean. The location is excellent, within a reasonable walk of a subway station, but with great views to the south. Two full bathrooms with showers, a well furnished kitchen, and good washer and dryer make it a perfect base of operations for a family with small children. The owner was quick to respond to text messages questions about where to find different things, and to make suggestions such as when we needed a hairdryer. The back patio was excellent for a cup of coffee in the morning and a cold beer in the evening. Not only would I recommend this place and stay here again, I hope we can stay here again next time we are in Stockholm!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (Haus) lädt zum wohlfühlen ein und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist sauber und hochwertig und die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation klappt einwandfrei. In der Wohnung sind alle wichtigen Informationen zum nachlesen zusammen gefasst. Vor dem Haus ist direkt ein Stellplatz für das Auto vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig aber dennoch super zentral, T-Bahn, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Stockholm und sagen Torbjörn und Alexandra vielen Dank für alles. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

A perfect place in Stockholm!

If you are traveling with your family, the house is perfect. You don't need your car, because every place is near and the subway station is only 5 min away. If you don't have big cars you can even fit two cars in the parking lot at the house. The communication with the house owner was easy and informative. All together, we had a great time in Stockholm. Perfect!

Deze woning ligt in een leuke woonbuurt. Het is heel ruim, fijn met een groot terras en heel smaakvol ingericht. De communicatie met de verhuurder was prettig en zorgvuldig.

Great Place for our little reunion

We stayed here over the long Thanksgiving weekend. We met up with out daughter, who is studying in Sweden, and her roommate. We were joined by another couple too. We loved the home. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults. The location is so wonderful! Just 5 minutes from the T-bana station. Plus there is a grocery store right there and several restaurants and bakeries too. Although we did spend the majority of our time in the downtown Stockholm area...Christmas market season...it was really nice to have place to just hang out together and visit. We even watched a few movies thanks to Netflix! All in all it was a perfect spot for us to catch up with our daughter and friends. I loved that there was a washer AND dryer available. The bathrooms are really large, and there's even a big tub! The kitchen is perfect for eating in and cooking. Torbjorn was a great host. He was quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we visit Stockholm. We did take a taxi from the airport because we had extra luggage. Other than that, we used the T-bana. There is parking, so when we picked up our rental we had a place to park as we loaded up to leave. Thank you Torbjorn and family for letting us stay in your home! We loved it. We shared an early family Christmas in your home and will always cherish our time there.

Just what we needed!

We have family in Stockholm and just needed a place big enough for four while we visited for two days. It was an easy ride on the metro to go into Stockholm or Gamla Stan, although the walk up the hill from the metro station to the house was a bit of a gasper for those of us not in shape! Still, we could not have been happier with our accomodations and host! Torbjorn was easy to contact and responded immediately about questions and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay welcome and enjoyable! Thank you for letting us use your lovely home! Klein aber fein - Reihenhaus an ruhiger Lage

Das Reihenhaus steht in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier und trotzdem ist man mit der Metro schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Metrostation ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Supermarkt (ICA). Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, informiert proaktiv und antwortet bei Fragen äusserst prompt. Sehr hilfreich ist auch der Ordner mit den vielen wertvollen Informationen.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Gastgeber steht jederzeit mindestens telefonisch für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wenn wir wieder nach Stockholm kommen sollten, werden wir zuerst bei ihm nachfragen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ideales Haus

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst: das Haus selbst, die Lage, die gesamte Umgebung und ein supernetter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Im Haus selbst ist alles da , es ist gemütlich und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es liegt völlig ruhig im Grünen. Man ist mit der U-Bahn, die sich fast um die Ecke befindet, in 10-15 Minuten in der City und wir sind sogar einen sehr schönen Weg entlang zu Fuß in die Altstadt gegangen. Auch das ist möglich , wenn man die Zeit aufbringt und gern läuft (ca. 1,5 h). Wir fanden das Vasa-Museum fantastisch und auch das Freilichtmuseum Skånsen, mein persönliches Highlight in Stockholm. Wenn wir nochmal mit der Familie nach Stockholm kommen, dann immer und jederzeit wieder hier. Danke Torbjorn!

Perfect way to stay in Stockholm

Very nice house in a nice environment, just a couple of minutes to walk from T station Aspudden. There is a supermarket and a (very good) bakery right at the station. Very nice renter, the communication is superquick and kind! Comfortable beds, the house is equipped with everything (or even more than) you need, even with a high quality barbecue. Perfect for a stay in Stockholm.
