The villa offers 5 bedrooms, all with private baths. Each room has Air Conditioning, TVflat screen with SAT. Cosy living room with sofa and TV Flat with Sat Stereo system. Big modern kitchen equipped with all necessary facilities and utensils for cooking, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is the perfect stage for cooking coursesand the preparation of sophisticated cocktails and dinner.



Some steps down you access to the magnificent Indoor Pool with jets, and chromotherapy. Beneath the arched ceiling, guests can soak in the heated swimming pool with massage jets and chromotherapy lights, relax in the sauna, and rejuvenate with a cold bucket shower followed by a calming emotional shower.



Access to the Villa is a 2 minutes walkway from the costal road. The Villa is walking distance from the local beach with nice restaurant and the famous night club L’Africana. The Village of Praiano is only 1 km from the house



Villa between Amalfi and Positano is situated on the seaside, where you are overlooking the wonderful ocean and amazing city landscape. The house and its terraces are full of wonderful special touches that create an atmosphere and give a spirit of the place creates in perfect harmony and balance.



The terraced gardens offer plenty of space for outdoor living and taking in the spectacular views. One level features an above-ground swimming pool flanked by sun loungers and umbrellas. A shaded poolside lounge is perfect for relaxing after a refreshing dip.



Across the other levels are well-tended lawns, paved patios, and various outdoor living and dining spaces. Guests can enjoy evening drinks on the balcony, afternoon barbecues on the al fresco dining lawn,morning coffees with a view on the entrance patio.



The owners have restored this property from top to bottom, giving it both modern touches and yet keeping in the traditional feel of the romantic villas that we have come to love from film and music. Inside you’ll find gorgeous stonework and inlays, wonderful architecture blending the new with the old and creating a “singly” unique home and presence. the absence of a laundry room dedicated to guests, who will be served for this purpose by the villa staff who have access to the laundry room.

The villa can only be reached on foot, via a comfortable road, without stairs, of approximately 280 m, which branches off from the municipal road at the municipal town hall.

The villa can also be reached from the S.S. 163 Amalfitana, via a route of approximately 120 comfortable steps.
