Palm Hill Villa blends timeless design with classic charm, offering a stylish and comfortable getaway. Surrounded by vibrant, well-maintained gardens on a scenic four-acre property, it provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in comfort and convenience.
This expansive 500 m2 villa boasts five bedrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with the option to host an 11th guest if needed. Perfectly situated just a short distance from the vibrant town of Rethymno, the villa serves as an ideal base for your holiday.
Ground Floor
As you step into Palm Hill Villa, high ceilings and sparkling chandeliers set a tone of refined charm. Thoughtful details throughout the property create a stylish, welcoming, and comfortable space for your stay.
The ground floor features two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two dining areas.
One of the living rooms features a cozy fireplace complemented by a classic-designed sofa, while a grand piano enhances the rooms charm. The second living room offers the perfect setting for movie nights, with a 55" TV and projector. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ideal for a self-catered holiday, and the dining table comfortably accommodates seven guests.
The ground floor also features a shared half-bathroom and a laundry room with a LG washer and a BOSCH dryer, for added convenience.
At the heart of the space is the dining table, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The second dining area comfortably seats up to 10 guests and features floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen-sized bed (1,60 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features an open closet and direct outdoor access.
Adjacent to the first bedroom, youll find a fully-equipped fitness area designed to help you maintain your routine while on holiday. The space includes a 40" TV, two treadmills, free weights, a spinning bike, an abs workout machine, a TRX belt for training and stretching, as well as a vibration platform machine for a comprehensive workout experience.
First Floor
Ascending the elegantly crafted marble staircase, youll discover a third sitting area along with three bedrooms. The sitting area, adorned in warm tones, is highlighted by an impressive chandelier that serves as its focal point.

Bedroom 2: The Master bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and stand-up shower with a hydromassage setting. It also features two spacious walk-in closets, a 55" TV, and direct access to a balcony, where you can admire the mesmerizing views that stretch before you.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two double-sized beds (1,40 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. It also features a spacious walk-in closet, a safe deposit box, and a 22" TV. This bedroom also boasts direct access to a balcony.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. It also features a classic sofa, a desk, and a balcony.
Guest House
The guest house offers a private and comfortable space within the property, perfect for those seeking a bit of solitude. It includes a refrigerator, a dining table that seats four, and a bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience.
The fifth bedroom, located within this space, is furnished with a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), a closet, and direct access to the outdoor area, providing a seamless connection to the villas beautiful surroundings.
Outdoor area
Spanning an expansive four acres, Palm Hill Villas outdoor area offers a stunning combination of relaxation and natural beauty. At its heart lies a sparkling pool, complete with a dedicated hydromassage section, perfect for unwinding under the sun.
Adjacent to the pool, youll find a fully equipped BBQ area featuring both gas and charcoal options. A high-top dining table under a shaded pergola seats up to 10 guests, creating the perfect spot for al fresco meals with your loved ones.
For entertainment, a ping pong table provides fun for all ages, while the lush lawn and vibrant garden, brimming with colorful flowers and mature trees, create a serene and picturesque environment.
More specifically, the outdoor area features:
- A private, 130 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,20-2,20m deep with step access. The pool also features a separate section, designed with a hydromassage setting.
