Comfort and affordable luxury characterize VILLA SERAGIO, a villa of 230m², spread over different levels on an area of 1500 m. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 people and has unobstructed sea views, a large 60m² pool and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxation and rest. It is located in the Violi Haraki area just 3 km from the center of Rethymno, in walking distance you can find a Supper market, bakery, greengrocer's, butcher shop, ATM, restaurant, gym.



The space.



VILLA SERAGIO is built on different levels, all with a wonderful view of the sea and with direct access to the common areas. On the first floor the visitor will find four bedrooms, all with queen size beds and one with a king size separable bed. All bedrooms have A.C, wardrobes, smart TV and one of them, a balcony with a sea view. In the same space there is also a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a balcony with a stunning sea view, smart TV, air conditioning and a work area. On this level there are also two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, as well as a cloakroom. On the same floor, our guests will find an independent apartment, which is connected by an internal door to the main area, but also has a separate entrance. There is one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, 50 inch smart TV, comfortable sofas, balcony with sea view.

On the ground floor there is the central kitchen of the house, with all the necessary items for preparing and serving your meals, a dining table and an outdoor dining area on the large balcony that this level has. Bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer.

VILLA SERAGIO offers many options to its visitor to enjoy the sun and the beauties of the Cretan land. The impressive 70m² pool with a depth of …… to 1.90 m, awaits you for endless hours of relaxation and well-being. The area also has a bar with a fridge, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas and a barbecue to prepare your meals. Next to the pool, the visitor will find a beautiful patio, with a spacious dining area and a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the city of Rethymnon.
