The city centre can be accessed via regular buses, which stop at the end of the street, two minutes from the property. The property is also on a direct bus route to Edinburgh airport.

Staying for match day or a big concert? This is a great location for Murrayfield stadium which is within walking distance - 45 minutes with a brisk walk or an even shorter taxi ride. You can also halve the walk with a brief bus journey.

There's no need to even fight over who does the washing up - this property includes a dishwasher, so you can make the most of your well deserved you-time.

When it's time to catch a well deserved rest, you have two bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom features a delightfully soft double bed, so feel free to stretch out and have yourself some very pleasant dreams. A second bedroom features both a single and a double bed, so there's plenty of space for the whole family. This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

The latest departure time is 10:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
