Ariento 18 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Ariento 18 Apartment is located in a typical Florentine building on the second floor without an elevator. 
The neighborhood, namely the San Lorenzo district with its famous market, is dynamic and full of amenities. The city's pricipal attractions such as Duomo Santa Maria Del Fiore, San Lorenzo Market, and Basilica Santa Maria Novella are just a short walk away. Santa Maria Novella Central Station is 500 meters away. 
Although the apartment is located in the closest center, it is still very quiet. 
The apartment consists of three large double rooms with the possibility of making double or single beds; two bathrooms with shower; and a large living area with living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 
The house has air conditioning, WiFi and a washing machine.
Bed linen and a set of towels available for each guest. 
The apartment is located in a traffic limited zone.
Service limitation : The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance ) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition , for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.  

Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons .  


For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required     


As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
