All four bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the ground floor of the property leading off from the bright hallway, so let's start there...
ROOM DISCRIPTION
Starting off at the front of the property:
Bedroom One: King-Size Bedroom with sea views from the front and side windows, this bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower room and a wall mounted TV.
Bathroom: A family bathroom is located next door with a bathtub, over-bath shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two: Next, we find a twin room perfect for the kids as it has direct access to the âJack and Jillâ games room with pool table and wall mounted TV
Bedroom Three: Moving along, there is a bedroom with single bed and trundle bed, PLEASE NOTE TO BRING YOUR OWN LINEN AND TOWELS FOR THE TRUNDLE BED.
This room also has direct access to the âJack and Jillâ games room with pool table and wall mounted TV.
Bedroom Four: King sized bedroom at the front of the property with desk and office chair, providing an ideal workstation setup.
Head upstairs to a wonderful space where you can relax and dine together with your friends or family. The large island comfortably seats eight people
The showstopper open-plan kitchen and dining area features a glass wall that runs the length of the property and opens out to a decked roof terrace with more gorgeous sea views! All of these features come together to create a seamless inside-outside space.
This welcoming holiday house is just a few minutesâ walk from the village centre at Moelfre with its pub and cafes and well-stocked village shop.
Just a short walk north along the coastal path is Lligwy Beach and its vibrant beach cafe and bar. And a little further afield are the Ship Inn, The Old Boathouse and the Tavern on the Bay, all at Red Wharf Bay.
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.
Driveway parking for one car, plus one allocated space in private residential car park at the rear of the property. In addition there is plenty of free on street parking as property is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
Please note: Pets are allowed at the property FREE of charge.
Please note: There is an EV charger at the front of the house which you are welcome to use FREE of charge for the duration of your stay. The only exception is between the hours of 4pm and 7 pm, this is to reduce the demand on the grid during peak times and help reduce our carbon footprint and impact on the environment.
This property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys Anglesey on behalf of Carolyn, which means guests have access to a 24 hour dedicated support line, professional and thorough cleans between stays, linen, bath and hand towels and hotel style toiletries.
We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
