Located on the 2nd floor right of Bruval Premium Apartments Gaia, this spacious duplex is ideal for groups of up to 10 guests. With two levels, three bathrooms and balcony, it offers the comfort and privacy larger groups need, just minutes from Portoâs city centre.

The apartment features 4 bedrooms (2 on each floor), with one of the upstairs bedrooms being a suite with its own private bathroom. In total, there are 3 bathrooms (2 downstairs, 1 en-suite), a large open-plan living room with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is perfect for enjoying fresh air after a day of exploring. The design is modern, practical and tailored for group stays.
Guest Access:
Check-in is fully autonomous, via a smart lock system, allowing you to arrive at any time with complete flexibility. Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. not being shared with anyone else.
The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet area of Vila Nova de Gaia, just a short walk from the Dom LuĂs I Bridge, Jardim do Morro and the famous Port wine cellars. Cross the bridge on foot to reach Portoâs historic centre with ease.
Getting Around:
Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and public transport are all nearby. The location is perfect for walking along the Douro River and discovering the best of both Gaia and Porto.

The apartment does not include a garage, but 1 or 2 parking spaces may be available on request (subject to availability and at an extra cost). Please note that the garage entrance is narrow and angled, so we recommend checking vehicle suitability before confirming payment.
Street parking is mostly paid.
