Annual ski trip

Great spot — clean, good layout, well equipped, great location (especially for Powder Mtn). We’ve stayed in many other VRBOs and this is one of the best in the area. We hope to stay there again.

Beautiful property in a fun location

Spacious house with terrific amenities. Not all bed sheets were clean when we arrived and some drains were slow. Otherwise, it was a perfect week away with the family.

Great place

Our group of 8 loved our stay at this home it's a great location for sightseeing hiking and exploring the area. Awesome restraunts nearby and when staying in the open kitchen dining and living room was great for hanging out. Beds were comfortable and just a perfect house for a group. Very clean when we arrived and stocked with everything you need

Great getaway

Owner was amazingly helpful and responded very quickly to any inquiries before & during our stay. Property was as advertised - downstairs game room was great for evening relaxing with family. House was well stocked, and location was quiet but near enough to areas we wanted to visit that it was ideal.

Family Ski Vacation

The property is excellent and full of amenities. Very comfortable with plenty of room for all. The basement game room was perfect for our group, and we all enjoyed the massage chair after a long day of skiing. Very convenient to Powder Mountain and Snow Basin. We enjoyed out stay and would stay again.

Another perfect stay!

This was the third year at this property and, as usual, was very enjoyable. Check in and out was simple and condition of property was excellent. The host is prompt and professional in all aspects. Five stars on all categories.

Eden Vacation

The house was perfect for the entire family. The neighborhood was accessible and quiet. The courts and pool were easy to get to and provided a great way to get some exercise. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Great family cabin

13 members of our family from 8-75 spent a wonderful week in a really well-laid out cabin with plenty of space for family meals all together, watching movies together, playing pool and celebrating New Year’s Eve together. Everything was clean and well equipped. Property owner was responsive and gracious. Our best experience ever!

Ski Vaca with whole family

The house was amazing! Had items for all age groups and big enough so everyone had some quiet time. Location was great and the Jacuzzi was an added bonus. Had some Wifi problems but the owner made up for it. Which was very nice and most owners would not bother. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in Eden

Great rental. Plenty of room to spread out for our family. Ed was very responsive for the minor issue we had. All enjoyed the massage chair, it helped after a day at the slopes. Easy drive to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Would gladly stay here again if the opportunity comes up. Thanks Ed.

Not our first time, nor our last.

We have stayed here before. It’s exactly as described. Spacious, well maintained and clean. Our ski group of 5 guys have stayed here before to ski Snowbasin and Powder. The owners keep the house in good working order, it is clean and very well stocked for cooking in the house. Plenty of space for a group or large family and an easy drive to either ski area. We will definitely be back next season.

The Best Home in Eden

We've been renting homes in Eden for over 20 years and this is by far the best home we've ever rented. It's location is great for quick trips to the grocery/coffee and very convenient to Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. The property is well maintained, clean, kitchen well stocked, beds are comfy and there's plenty of space for our entire family. The hot tub and game area downstairs was a welcome retreat for all after a day of skiing.Ed immediately responded when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this property.

Great Place! Has it all.

The house is truly great. PLENTY of comfortable space. The wide screen TVs are so cool. The kitchen is spacious with a very functional island. The bathrooms are modern. The bedrooms are also spacious and the beds are comfortable. The property is very well maintained. Powder mountain is a truly great resort for ski lovers, don't recall so much great snow elsewhere. I highly recommend this property.

Great house near Nordic Valley Ski Resort

Big, beautiful, clean and comfortable home in great neighborhood. Loved the hot tub and pool table. Had to fight each other for the spectacular massage chair. Dining room table was so large we were able to have seating space for 8 of us at one end and space for a 1000 piece puzzle at the other end. Having 2 master suites was a bonus. Will absolutely rent again!

Amazing Ski Trip!

This house is absolutely incredible! We had a small group and the house felt massive. 24" of fresh powder fell while we were there and conditions at Powder Mountain were amazing. The hot tub and massage chair were a huge benefit after a long day on the mountain. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook most of our meals. Beds were very comfortable. Let's just say I was incredibly sad to leave and have been dreaming of being back there ever since. 110% recommend!!

Family Xmas in the mountains

This house was perfect for our needs! We were visiting UT to ski at Powder Mountain and Snow Basin through the Xmas week. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub or massage chair after a day on the slopes. We were a family of 6, and there was more than enough space to enjoy quiet time, sharing meals, or to be hanging together playing games or watching movies. We would definitely consider a return trip to stay at Ed's house. Thank you!

Wonderful property

The property is in a natural setting where deer and turkey come to visit and grasshoppers abound. Our grandchildren were enthralled. The house has a great setup with two king ensuite bedrooms on the main floor and a queen bedroom with a full bath next to it in the hall. The downstairs has a living/play area with two additional bedrooms and one full bath. The bedrooms consist of a queen plus twin room and a room with two doubles and two twins. The layout is great for different family groups. The kitchen is very well stocked. It is not like a typical VRBO that is stripped of essentials. There is a nice grocery store right outside of the neighborhood, also. The community pool has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend the property. I'm sure you will enjoy staying here. The owner is very responsive.

Spacious, excellent condition, well stocked

We just finished a week at this house and very much enjoyed it. It's even more spacious and immaculate than the pictures would indicate. With 6 bedrooms, the house easily accommodated our group of 7 adults and 6 children. The kids hung out downstairs by the pool table while the adults usually had the living area upstairs all to themselves. The hot tub was as clean as can be. We found the house to be well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom necessities, including plenty of paper products and shampoo / conditioner in each bathroom.... a small thing, but it was nice not to have to run down to the market to restock the TP. We skied at Powder Mountain almost everyday.... just a short drive of the hill. What more can I say! Great place! We'll come again.

Very Nice Property & Responsive Host

We had a great time staying at this location. It was cozy and clean. Everyone in our group was pleased with our stay and the home itself. Lots of space for our group. There were a few bumps along the way but the host was VERY responsive and quick in resolving everything. Great communication and understanding from the host. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Great location to our ski resort (Nordic Valley).
